Like staying in the comfort zone when you have a daily routine, and you're scared of doing something else because you're already comfortable and you fear of taking other paths. Both of it are right, the fear so one stays and getting out of it. If someone isn't getting out of their comfort zone because of fear, that's understandable because this world right now is full of uncertainty and one cannot do so much for themselves and to their families to. So, they choose the paths that are correct and able to provide for themselves. No one can blame those that don't want to let go of their current opportunities and are stuck to that place. Whilst the ones that comes out of their comfort zone, they're adventurous and aren't scared to take chances because they can always start with whatever they're about to do.

Fear of risk taking: Taking risk could be harmful if not calculated but not taking risk is even worst cause their are many opportunities involved in taking risks, a good percentage of successful people today are risk takers, so I believe the journey to success still requires taking risks.

 I believe there's lots more, but these are the ones I could think of however you could add more if you know any cause I believe these informations could serve as a motivations to some people who would come across this thread.

Everyone wants to be rich, but it all has its own process, it's not as easy as we think to be rich, there are a lot of struggles we have to do and obstacles we have to go through, to be rich we have to have good skills, because with With the skills we can easily earn a lot of money, with today's super duper advanced technology we can develop it and make money for ourselves, as long as we have the skills we can afford so that we can become one of the rich people. The thing we have to avoid is never wasting money on things that have no benefit, use money as wisely as possible without having to go on a spree and follow our own prestige.

If you want to be rich you must avoid all these things that you create.  But if you want to be rich, you must work hard.  No man can succeed if he does not work; if he does not succeed he can never become rich.  Higher education must be formed If higher education can be taken then surely that person can create something good by his humanity and his higher education whenever a person can create something good then good can be expected from that person.  Some people should be avoided in the journey of life such as gamblers, drunkards and dishonest people should be avoided if all these people are avoided then good things can be achieved in life.  But the most important thing is to work harder if you work harder a person can easily become rich because hard work never fails.

Procrastination: I call this the slow killer of destiny, it has caused setback for many people, there are some life changing opportunities that occurs just once and many have failed to seize it, why? Cause of Procrastination. Well, one of the best ways to tackle it is to set target, implement your goals and work towards actualizing it.

 Wrong circle of friends: Your circle of friends could determine your level of success, there's this advice my dad always use to motivate us, he said a poor person in the circle of five rich people is a potential rich person, and that's cause the person would get informations or help from other friends to elevate him/her. One mustn't only consider rich friends but atleast your circle of friends should be with people who's got the mindset of acquiring wealth and are working towards achieving it.

 Fear of failure: The fear of failure has caused setback to many people, once someone kill there fears and go into a business, investment or project with the mind-set of success such person is bound to succeed so far they're working hard enough but once fear is entertained it could cause the person to easily give up on actualising their dreams.

You're absolutely right op, there are so many things that one need to avoid so as to enable us become successful in life. Talking about fear definitely fear is also one of the most common thing that hinders people from progressing, probably you might be thinking of doing something and at same time having this feeling that you can't do it perfectly, at this point you can just decide to let go off it.

Associating with rich people can not make you rich or wealthy, everyone's destiny is written, some are destined to be rich while some are destined to be poor, we just have to be a predestinationist and believe that we can not change our destiny no matter what that is a fact, you have to be educated and nevertheless be hard working because it will lead you to your destination and revealed your determination either to be successful or unsuccessful. 

Becoming successful doesn't even mean one must tie themselves with the rich circle before getting prosperous in life but what I usually says is that rich or becoming wealthy is from the state of mind and not the people role yourself with. There are many people who had the opportunity to be with some wealthy people but since they can't utilized the information gotten from them they still bounce back to square one where they came from because that mindset to recreate information given to them to be productive is where the problems lies.

What matters is determination, if you are determined to make success in life even though you found yourself in the poorest country you would still be Rich. For instance just take a look at our country Nigeria, there are lot of people who are crying about our economy today that is so bad but yet same country millionaire are emerging from it so does it mean that these people that are becoming wealthy has 100 heads or have all it takes to be wealthy? To me it's simply No because everyone nation has poor people and Rich people as well.

Avoid wasting of Resources, those who make use of their time on things that are not worth it will definitely know how it pains when they are in lacking of what they used to have before, one thing about wasting resources also is that, we may not know about the consequences now until it has gotten to a certain stage where its been made visible for us to see, resources are meant to be conserved, if we really know about the pattern needed or to use on this aspect about whatever some in to our hands.

Having positive thoughts alone won't make you rich, a lot of people have a positive energy and they also have big dreams but the failure to execute your plans to make money is still going to keep you in the same position... saying positive things is very important because our life goes in the direction of our words , that's just a step to development you have to put in the work, make some investments ,and expand your networking to actually become rich

it may not be as easy as people say to become rich, because in reality there are no definite steps that someone can take to become rich. even when they do not do things like you said, there is no guarantee that they can become rich, because to become rich it does not only require someone's effort, but also luck.

maybe many people only focus on external factors, but they do not see that rich people are people who have high luck. it is impossible for them to get their wealth like now with just business capital, they must have luck so they can find a way to achieve success.

Well if someone is so rich than I do not think he is a procrastinator.

The reason why procrastination is so bad is because it could delay your schedule meetings and certain deadlines that you have to meet many times people procrastinate because they get too comfortable.

I also believe that people that procrastinate and up having too many setbacks in life. And blame others because they’re not constantly sticking to their goals and meeting them.

Very well example, the world is indeed round and it is not possible to please everyone. When a storm hits we close our doors and windows to protect ourselves. Likewise when people criticize you or try to put you down keep your ears shut. All you have to do is move towards your destination unhindered. People often don't want you to succeed, but you have to trust your gut. If you believe in yourself no one can stop you. The road to success must be tough but keep your intentions strong. You have to overcome every obstacle to reach your destination. Just believe in yourself and keep going.

only procrastinate when we already secured financially, at least that's my opinion.

there are many people who procrastinate their entire life that it has caused them such a really bad financial condition, if we are still in really bad financial condition, we have no choice but to be productive.
there's reason why people who have faced hardship in their early life are more hardworking than the people who always got it easy, because they know that the time we aren't being productive is the time wasted, procrastination have its own time and it's called holiday.

Procrastination is not always bad. I believe that laziness is a necessary reaction of the body. After we have done something or do not want to do a new activity, because we obviously consider it useless. Although it may seem very necessary. The main thing in life is to live it happily, despite the fact that we are constantly forced to be productive and successful in the eyes of other people.

When a person becomes a personality he has to avoid many things which is one of the keys to success. I heard a frog story from my mother when I was very young - a deaf and emaciated frog decided to climb a big banyan tree near the well where he lived, which no other frog in the well could climb. When he went towards the tree to climb, everyone in the well raised their hands and forbade him and said, "Don't climb that tree and don't fall, until now we have not been able to climb any frog." But since the frogs could not hear he thought that all the frogs in the well were greeting him with raised hands. And he succeeded in climbing the tree.
Similarly if we can use or avoid all the negative words in our work or walk as motivation like the deaf frog then we will definitely be successful.
