Its ok to sold your coin as long as you gain profit but right now, doing that thing is not a good idea. I agree. It is good to hold than selling. Also it is good to trade to have profit even it is small than doing nothing but it won't help the market to grow. Buying in dip can give you profit for the sudden dumps increase which is your advantage to others who are holding stronger for them to not sell and wait till it worth good against. For now, buying is better to do because it is quite cheaper.

I did sell a lot before and buy back those crypto.
Now i am in the state of waiting especially the Ethereum 2.0 before selling again.
Price was so low and now i am done buying, i will just wait more time now.

Invest more I think it's better, to sell your coins at this time I don't think it's time, with a sure investment in the future you will benefit, but it's up to you because the choice is in your own hands
For us crypto holders we are now very watchfull and observance with the current market , if you think you will not lose on your coins tgen you can sell and dump your coins , but if you think you are losing in your transactions then hold then your coins and you can continue to invest more in some stable lower price coins.
Selling, buying, holding, depending on various factors. Timing, supply, speculation, etc. based on analysis determine your decision to do these three things. Don't just rely on feelings and luck. Technical matters also greatly influence.
I suppose you are going to lose much if sell now. That's why I'd suggest to hold and wait at least a bit more to minimize loss/increase income if your portfolio includes some tokens as MGO which are currently still rising. Once again no reason to sell during dip, better buy more and sit tight. 
I do not buy coins now. It seems to me that the market can go even lower. But I would not want this to happen.
