This is a good idea to invest. not just the ethereum alone however many cryptos that fall and is now in the position of a point or low. therefore will be a great opportunity to get in this time in an amount large enough so that await the increase comes. ethereum good options and this is a pretty altcoin has great potential.

It can be a good question for people who are here for years, for us newbies I think there is only one way and that is investing more. I don`t even think about selling, I didn`t think
about it in January when market crashed, why would I think about it now when market is stable and when we expect new bull run.
Now it`s definitely not the time for selling. Crypto-market have huge potential to make great things in the future, with that high price will come too. I plan to wait couple more years
before I start to consider selling, and for some coins I plan to wait even 5 years minimum. All those ICO`s that are coming our now will need years before they develop, have that in
mind, I`m ready for waiting.

It`s not profitable to sell your coins, because you will be in great lose, as for me you must hold them and invest more in promising cions, which will be sucessful in the future. Crypto don`t stay on the one place, it always develops and so soon we will see rising of crypto.

Right now the good to do is hodle all the coin that has potential to grow but those who has vulnerable to dip better sell them now, before it's too late. But if you got some top rated coins my advise is not to sell it because when bull runs comes we will get a big profit from it. so you need to be patience just a little more.

To be able to purchase and sell correctly, From what i think, the first one would be analyzing the market and the coin/project that you wish to to invest on.
When you think that the price is at the correct level to purchase, that is the time to purchase/invest more.
The main idea is to find any specific information about the market condition, that way we could decide when to invest or sell the coins.
