I think it is more likely to invest more because there are so many coins now who have low values compared from previous months. Selling our coins now is not a good way but if you really want to have money because of some needs then it's better to sell it.
Well if we buy bitcoin or ethereum in a lower price than the current price today as long as we can earn a huge amount of profit then we can all sell.
