now i can see that address has 20 Million US Dollar worth in bitcoin, i think its normal if the owner of that address is an exchanger, which is that bitcoin is not their bitcoin, bbut the bitcoin is their customer, and from we can see that the transaction is generated every time, its makes me believe that address is from an exchanger

This figure is for real in which anyone can own this much Bitcoi, most likely the exchanges, the big whales and of course some billionaires who invest in Bitcoin currency.
