People know that now there is a possibility for a BIG Wu to come out of no where and waves his BIG wand then magically someone entirely different splits bitcoin in half and every coin holder could have double the coins without lifting a finger and sell for 10 up to 30% of the original bitcoin price.

it is impossible to tell with bitcoin. i don't know how DannyHamilton is 100% sure but what i say is that there is a pretty good chance that in long term price will keep on rising. it is a very simple supply and demand relationship and because the supply is limited and fixed and at the same time the demand is rising, price will rise.
but you know, bitcoin is still a new technology. it is even still in beta! and the market is too small and too volatile. which is why i say a "pretty good chance" instead of being 100% sure.
To buy or not to buy a crypto currency, this is a private matter for everyone. However, if the question is specifically bitcoin, then you can definitely advise buying. In any case, in the long run, it will bring a decent profit.

It is true that bitcoin is happy to enjoy it. when I came to know about it, I was Thinking of amity and now after understanding a lot about it seems that it's really a lot of fun it's more fun to work on it.
I also appreciate that you enjoy learning about bitcoins I advise you to keep digging into this matter. Bitcoin has brought a revolution in the way how people manage their currency. With increasing Fame, it is certain that one day bitcoins are going to replace all other fiat currencies. I am also amazed at the speed with which its value is increasing and no other digital currency can take its place. For the time being, bitcoins are rocking. 
Don't panic, you are in the safe hand when we talk about bitcoin, You make with your family a very good decisions to invest in bitcoin. You are lucky to invest before this high increase of price. I think you make a huge profit too. But don't fear, This is just the beginning of bitcoin. I am sure that bitcoin will increase a lot in the future and maybe cross the 5000$ barrier or maybe the 6k$ in the end of this year.
Of course, now all of us have more attention about bitcoins how they react in the future. Many comments and post here asking about bitcoins and its safety in the future. I was afraid to invest there when it came to market earlier. But I am now in my prediction, it will be the king of cryptocurrencies in the near future and my answer is it is better invested it on long term and wait and see. Yep it is amazing!
yes everyone is really curious about the price of the bitcoin and it is growing amazingly the price of the bitcoin today and the price of the bitcoin long ago there is a very large difference but if we will keep our bitcoin save for some more time it will make us earn more through a very easy way keep your bitcoin in your wallet because bitcoin are going to touch the sky in the coming days

One thing I don't really know is if I want to take profit and wait for a dip, what currency do I go to. Sites like bittrex don't sell into dollar. Going to other crypto has its risk as well.
I'm actually a holder but with BTC, Ethereum, ltc all rising so much there has to be a correction even if it's a small one.
Any tips on that?

I watched a video where this guy talked about the price going to 1milj and what would be required. Basically we need to go from billion to trillions market cap to see a rise like that. Its not impossible but maybe unlikely in our lifetime. I do hope though
Yes, it will definitely take a lot time to reach $100,000. I can't predict that price but I can predict of $4000. Bitcoin is the faster growing currency along all. Perhaps it may be due to its being decentralized. It is always have been profitable. Purchasing bitcoins now and selling at the end of September will also surely be profitable. Many more new users are joining cryptocurrency field and it is good for the future of bitcoins. One thing I don't really know is if I want to take profit and wait for a dip, what currency do I go to. Great! If you got yours at $2700 then you are almost getting $1000 per BTC in profit. That is something to look forward to. I guess this price surge will continue more than $4000. And then there's some dipping in Oct-Nov and then perhaps double.
