I'm scare to invest in verge since McAfee came and pump it to the moon. I liked it before. On the other hand there is a real probability that verge will become one of the major privacy coin in the future.
I have been mining Verge for about a week. What does everyone think about this coin, does it still have room to grow or is it past it's prime already?
To be honest I only heard good things about verge. It's one of the coins with potential and it's already in top 100 on coinmarketcap, so, I guess that says a few things about it.
Verge is a long term buy/hold currency, with a lot of potential from an investment standpoint.
I agree. Having to look at how it moved in the recent time. It gained slow and not so substantial price point. Having said, although it has a lot more room to improve, any investor should accept the fact that any investment with it would take months or even years at a time. Since its one of the newer coins in the market, it would get more support, but once it subsides, its gain would be slower than now, so you should also be ready for that.

I am not really enthusiastic about privacy coins but from the ones out there I like Verge best, because it has a large and enthusiastic community. I also like zen cash and they have security nodes. Might also be worth looking at.
I dislike Verge. I have been in crypto a long time, It spun off as a fork of DOGECOIN to make dogecoin Dark.. thats right..
It then re-branded due to the laughter, They have been saying that their Wraith protocol will be here for MONTHS and they have 1 dev actually doing work.
That said I bought all my Verge at $0.001 or something, and sold them as I couldn't justify keeping them at that price lol.
IF they make Wraith protocol, in essence its the same as DeepSend, so with the current market caps, DO makes sense from an Investment point of view.

I think that with such a terrible chart, coin will not be able to grow normally for a long time. At least half a year hold.After that everything will depend on the course of Etherium and Bitcoin. If it return to the highs again, then the coin will rise, but I'm not sure that we will soon see new highs in the cryptocurrency.
