As for bonuses/promotions - yes, it might not be what would you expect at the moment but this due to development of the product and bonus accounts. I think the most logical explanation for this is that the amount you were withdrawing is in Euro. Probably in the time between you ordering this withdrawal and its approval by the system, there was a change in the Bitcoin price. If withdrawals are automatic, most likely the amount in BTC also automatically adjusted to the current exchange rate in Euro.
That will probably be the cause. Nowadays almost no site has an automatic payout with crypto, there are a number of reasons for this. I can't name a site that has it. Bets are all checked first, eg. I also don't think it would be wise for this site to introduce automatic payouts.

It's their policy; AFAIK, if someone deposits BTC, it gets changed into USD in thunderpick. Correct me if I'm wrong with my assumption. It doesn't make much sense but it's also true that there are people who would hate such casino as they love to play with only BTC & only BTC matters to them.

How many minutes before your withdrawal was processed and deposited to your personal wallet? Since they value the amount in fiat, the only reason I could think of is the price difference of BTC when you made the request to the the time when it was actually processed. It takes 5-30 minutes according to the website and the price (in fiat pair) probably dropped a bit within that time that's why you got more BTC.You are right.
