Hey Thunderpick,
Speaking of referral programs, I remembered my code being forced away from me because someone else wanted to use it.
However I've been using that moniker for many years. Any way I could reclaim it?
Hey, it's hard to tell what has actually happened without investigating your case - can you send a private message with your account details and which code are you referring to?
Welcome to Bitcointalk. Enjoy your time here while you can promote your site.
How about KYC? Do we need to fill in the first time we join? Or it will require when we want to withdraw? Hopefully, you apply some limitations for small gamblers to deposit and withdraw without doing KYC. I am sure the maximum withdrawal can satisfy us.
I like the design of the site but I am not yet registered. Maybe I will try it later. Oh, by the way, maybe you can gather your reply at one big reply instead of reply one by one.
Generally there is no KYC performed and players can enjoy full anonymity as long as the don't break the T&Cs, for example by creating multi accounts, etc. In these rare cases KYC might be required.
@Thunderpick, kindly avoid making the consecutive posts. It could be considered as spam. You can quote all of the replies together and give reply to everyone in a single post. BTW, welcome to the forum. I'm familiar with the name of Thunderpick casino/bookie as I have seen some reviews of the casino at some review making sites. Anyway, why it took so long to show interest in bitcointalk forum while you were aware of this community? You had asked for some suggestions from the forum members in 2019.
Thank you! We were observing the forum for a long time and used opinions of its users to improve our product. We have waited this long in order to develop some features first, as we wanted to make a good first impression
First, the Thunderpick Bitcoin series tournament in CSGO, and now a btctalk thread... ok, TP, i see you
Welcome to Bitcointalk. Since you finally have a thread here, I'll add you to the Esports discussion
thread OP this weekend (: Happy to have you guys around here 👍
Thanks! Actually I forgot to mention about Thunderpick Bitcoin Series, so thank you for reminding me about it
Thunderpick just kicked off with a series of esports tournaments with prize pools in bitcoin. You can read about the first one here:
https://www.hltv.org/news/33110/thunderpick-bitcoin-series-set-to-start More CS:GO and Dota 2 tournaments will be announced in the upcoming months, so stay tuned!
@tomahawk9 it looks like you know a thing or two about esports betting
Feel free to send us any suggestions regarding product improvements - one of the main reasons we started our topic here is to get constructive feedback and build together awesome product!
Welcome to the forum Thunderpick.com
The way you designed the ANN thread did create a great first impression, indeed! This encouraged me to create an account on your casino and test it out.
The registration form is very simple. All you have to provide is your email and your password. However, I had some trouble to scroll down to the "Join" button (on mobile).
Also, after logging in I saw a notification about the 5% deposit bonus with a 1 hour timer next to it! does this mean the bonus offer will expire if I don't make a deposit within 1 hour?
Thanks for the feedback, we will look into it. The timer was not removed after some time-limited promotion in the past, but we will fix it! The bonus will be applied even if you will make a deposit after 1 hour.
I`d like to see the list of banned countries, this way i can try to visit casino by over ways
Here's the list
Further, you must not use the Website, if you are a resident of one of the following countries, or accessing the Website from one of the following countries: the United States of America and its territories, United Kingdom, France and its territories, Netherlands and its territories (and countries that form the Kingdom of Netherlands, including Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten), Belize, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Antigua & Barbuda, Comoros, Liechtenstein, Iceland, Isle of Man, Malta, Mauritius, Denmark, Georgia, Poland, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, New Zealand, Spain and Uruguay. You must not use the 'Casino' product if you are a resident of one of the following countries, or accessing the Website from one of the following countries: Hong Kong, Iran, Singapore, Sudan and Syria.
I have a question what is the difference between accessing the website and use the casino product? Does this means the first country list which can't use the website but can still use the casino product? What's the casino product you're referring?
If it's supposed doesn't have any difference either first list country and the second list, I wonder why you need to separate them.
I believe that some restrictions are imposed by the Curacao license, some by casino game providers on others by other 3rd parties. I'm not an expert in that field though and I would have to consult the legal department to give you a better answer
