I think that there are always enough frightened and not just newbies. I personally think that the most difficult times are already over and now you can buy some top coins.

I think that you can buy. But what's important is not what you can buy or not, it's important when selling to make a profit. Much depends on your strategy, on how often you make transactions on the stock exchange. I prefer not to make a deal very often.

more newbie-amateur investors are got scared because of the long run dip in the markets, but it is not an indication of crypto is not coming back to normal, the reason of the long run dip is panic selling because of what they can see is all REDS, thanks to those who help this long run dump because i can get a ride before it skyrocket again.

The only time i bought a lot of altcoins is when the market bleeds,because you can buy as much as you want when the prices are below -30% which is great because if the market got recovered in just few hours im sure you are making tons of money in your hand,we need to know how the market works so that we can adjust to the environment or the situation we are facing at the moment.
If such a minimum volatility really can be preserved, then of course it is worth buying tokens, because no one can tell you exactly when to buy, but it's still worth buying. But you need to do not immediately, but for a little.

no time is really right to buy, sometimes predictions can be missed, all can happen in an instant. but yes, maybe this time i have to agree, it's time to buy some crypto and bitcoin. although today the market is still unstable.
Think we will have one more hard dip probably to 6k or lover that could happen this weekend if not now then untill the end of february so i would wait up a bit with buying for now,unless you are in it for long run and it doesnt matter if your bought on 6 or 8k when you are selling at 100k$
Well I really that it is the right time for us to buy as many altcoins as we can afford right now but always choose the low value altcoins right now which you really think that is a LEGIT altcoin which can be able to increase its market value on this coming weeks or this coming months. So when the time comes when all of those low value altcoins that you had bought will increase its market value then I'm sure it's the time you can say that you hit the jackpot!
although the dip have gone, its still good time to buy
I think this is a good time to buy any coins from the market as the market is in DIP, and those who invest now will be benefited when the market will recover and prices will increase
I understood it can still go down, hope not because i bought a few altcoin which seems to be at the bottom, but they are just back to the price it was before december
January was the best time to invest in altcoins but now it finally started to grow and we must hodl. But if you lost your time now prices are not too high and you still can buy some altcoins.
