I think the time has come to buy. The market will soon recover. I expect healthy growth since a lot of FUDs are gone now (at least from now on lmao). You can also wait for the market to stabilize before investing if you prefer to play safe, as for me I hold long-term so I do not care about the short-term price and the FUD of Bitcoin since I believe that the long term is the best investment method for crypto
To me, there is no really best time to buy. It depends on purpose whether short term or long term investment. However, every week at least once a week the market will go down a bit in price due to holders selling or trading their coins. That's normal. But to have a crash happen just last month and have the prices go down even further from the weekly sellers makes it a great time to buy crypto of all kinds.
Another large factor that has to do with prices is Bitcoin. If Bitcoin has a bad week, more than likely the rest of the coins will have a bad week as well. It's only to our advantage to buy while they are cheap.

yes if in my own opinion, this time is the right time to buy some good altcoin because at this time I think there are many discounts issued.
crypto is not always a buying opportunity in the money market. Cowardly people hurt and sell. people who want to enter this market should try their luck now.

Time to buy indeed if you hold some fund and even if you don't, one must find a way to buy all these dip. It is as if all coin are on sale. There are incredible offer in the market right now. It will be a missed opportunity for one not to take advantage of these prices.
Prices are still dropping on major currencies, so maybe just monitor for now, and buy when the prices really seem to be hiking up.
Now you can buy any crypto currency, but I think it's better to buy parts, because the rate can still go down and it's very difficult to guess when the bottom will be. I hope soon the BTC will reach this bottom and go up!
I also think that many are already psychologically accustomed to the fact that bitcoin is falling. so if there is not a sharp strait below 7500-6000, then you can quietly buy several stages of good coins
It is much better to do some observation first before investing as the current market is not that stable its on a roller coaster ride. Keep in mind that in stocks and or crypto investing timing plays a major role so you should give some consideration it before making any decisions. Observe the total market capitalization check the fundamental news and analysis they are both important as these can greatly affect the value of the market. I don't think it will be the lowest price of the global dip today but I would say this time is the best time to buy more of your favorite Altcoins because they're very cheap today, cheaper than the previous price.
I just bought more of my favorite altcoins last 4 days ago because I've been waiting this dip season for me to be able to buy more so that I will get higher and more profits in the next few months from now.

Now is the best time to buy for more bitcoin since the price is very low for now. Bitcoin if this will rise up again this price now will not be back. So if you want to save bitcoin try to invest now for the price is still lower than the last 3 months ago.

For me the perfect time to buy is when the most of the people are scared to buy,bloodbaths are the only thing i am waiting so i can purchase most of the solid coins in cheaper prices that their usual buying price,this will surely give me an instant gain when the market started to recover just imagine you bought -30% ethereum on its previous price,and the market recovered after three days you are making a lot of money.
buying alt-coin when the price falls will be very profitable in the future because we will get more alt-coin at a cheaper price and can be sold at a higher price when the price goes up again
