No its not really uncertain, you can do technical analysis or fundamental analysis to do projection of the next trend.

now almost all existing cryptos have experienced a price decline of almost 50% more like what happened to bitcoin, with market conditions like this, of course, I personally still hesitate to enter and buy because the crypto market could experience a DIP again, so it's better for me to wait When the crypto market is really on a bearish bottom so I can avoid losses if the market gets worse again, many traders today complain that their assets are reduced because they enter when the price hasn't really dropped to the bottom.Just place the order in every support, its better for me to suffer some loss than miss the pump.
We still could do averaging down or cutloss if the downtrend happens, but if the pump happens, buy in a fomo always become mistake for me.

My prediction is that the coin price will recover and reach the NEW ATH again at the end of the 3rd quarter.

Some charts/indicators which are obviously speculative says its obvious BUY as we will go for 100000 this year. Although I am worried and nervous with it. I keep holding but didn't buy yet as I feel like it is far safer to buy within 15-25k range and over 45k. Currenly it is too risky for me to buy and hodl as a day might be enough for damage.

The chart is really good, but i expect some dip more to fuel the next bullish moment, many trader expect very huge pump it will be.
Rumour says it will be 100k for Bitcoin, but for me i expect like 70k or just a little bit above last ATH.

I think this time is the best time to buy btc is now slowly rising back and bull market may continue, there will maybe a huge profit if we buy bitcoin today and wait till the price reach 100k$ at the end of the year 2021. Many expert says that btc will reach 100k$ at the end of year 2021 so for me preparing is the best thing to do beause anytime bullrun will maybe back.

I think buying now is a very bad time, if the price drops a bit your asset will be devalued. So it is advised to buy when market on dip.
The market situation is currently scaring a large surge like what happened in 2018, even Lebh increased from that year. this all happens because people have begun to be interested and begin to understand the challenge of the benefits produced when investing in crypto currency

Considering the current status of the market wherein most of the coins are red including bitcoin, maybe it would be the best time to buy right now. The value of bitcoin and most of the altcoins has been very high these past few months and even though it is not a good news for some, others are waiting for this moment to take advantage. Still, even the market hasn't turn green yet, we should still be responsible on which coin we are going to buy and invest in. Some altcoins might go down continuously for some reasons while the rest could regain its value or achieve a new ATH. As for bitcoin, it is just obviously experiencing a correction so I don't see any reason to compromise our urge to buy while it is red.
The best time to buy if you are for long term is in bear market, Just wait for it before buying your coin you like but no one knows when bear market will return again. But if you want to take a risk to buy coins in this bullrun and you think the coin you want to buy will increase the price go fot it. It is up to you and hope that you know how to manage the risk.
