I'm afraid to buy coins for long term storage now. The market is unstable. We have to wait a while. I am sure that growth will begin soon.For really long term I would hold now only BTC) Look at top of CMC for previous years. It almost all new) So I decided for long term only BTC)
I would suggest to search for project that are already going on and never done any ICO nor they have any premine, instamine or founder taxes. This way the funds are not pre-allocated to certain sum.
