This is a good time to buy coins and that's my sincere advice. Our market has stabilized for 3 days and it is about to reach the pumping cycle. This is a light pump but we will still have 3-5% profit in altcoins in the top 30.
You can buy altcoins at the top and make sure it is potential and highly liquid altcoins.
Buy it and your profit will be 10-12% and I recommend buying at decentralized exchange.

You don't have to wait. If you think you are ready to buy altcoins and they are in red now with 5-10% dump, then now is the great time to buy. You just have to be wise in choosing the potentially coins to invest in.

All that I think depends on their individual decisions if they consider now is the time to buy please buy and that is certainly very difficult to predict cryptocurrency

There is no stability, as to the state of the crypto market. Any time for me now, is a time to buy because market price seem to have dropped from the initial high prices. Though the price may still drop further, i still consider the current price a time to buy.

Now is looking like a good time, and there are some signs that the bottom of the market has been and gone. Not definite, just signs. I would say though that it looks like now could be a good time to buy rather than waiting. Either way, most of the drop has likely happened already - some coins have fallen 90%, I can't see another 90% fall on top of that.
