The first thing when investing is of course studying the project in the whitepaper and references from third parties, if it looks convincing then seeing the team on linkedin is what I usually do, when everything is convincing then I don't hesitate to invest even though it is still a new project and low cap, of course we have to be patient because the low cap is still in the process of being accepted on many exchanges.
Everything has two sides and these are good and bad. Low marketcap coin can give you best reward but if it fails then you will lose big money here. Though low marketcap coins are profitable but there has a big risk if you want to invest. Be careful before investment and dyor first.
Be careful with low cap coin and shit coin only listed with pancakeswap, they can scam when liquidity remove and we can't sell coin again, I think very risk to buy low cap coin why not with potential coin like BNB or UNI. Those coins that mentioned by the OP is not the coin that having that low marketcap and not listed on cmc yet. Low cap probably means the coin is under 50 mils marketcap which is still low compared to other top coins but it's already high enough to be listed on CEX. So the way to buy it is not only from pancakeswap or other dex platform.
