It's time to sell coins that charge back up. This became a great opportunity because the price of Bitcoin rose very high. In addition, those who have already bought Bitcoin since the beginning of the year and are now sold will generate many advantages. Some of my coin prices also started to bounce and some I have made USD.

Bitcoin will rise higher sure, and it is only matter of time, how long we will have to wait till next bull run of bitcoin. And, how far bitcoin might  move upwards next wave? No one knows now. All things we have are past patterns, and historical price chart, from which we only can predict bitcoin future. It is not correct at all. I think keep holding bitcoin is the best thing to do this year.

Well it depends, if you really need money now then this is the time to cash out, but if not then you should hold for now, I believe bitcoin will increase more.
I don't think that it depends on this reason solely,  there are some coins that you need to cash out irrespective of either you need the money urgently or not,  you have to cash out so as not to get dumped on,

Make a wiser choice with the situation, controlling greed might make you safer when cashing it at that time, but if the decision chosen is to keep holding it then at least you have to be more consistent so as not to be affected by the current market situation weakened.
When a traders thinks of cashing out, I see that as a good thing as that doesn't show some greed.
Cash out when it's time, and when a trader already makes some profit, that's the time to cash out, big or small, it matters because profit is a profit.

While we cashout, we should as well make plans to buy back bitcoin in traches. A publication released some time last month revealed that over 60 percent of traders are actually stocking bitcoin. Thrley only dump and rebuild to increase their portfolio

Plenty of people sold already at 13k which we hit twice,,, this is to me the biggest reason we kept falling away from those 2019 highs.

It is called profit taking and if you are in this market to make quick cash then yes,,, this is what you do. But if you are an investor, do not get so impatient. Long way to go!

i dont think any time in 2019 will be good for cash out. because cryptocurrencies became popular once again now and hype of the market is increasing day by day. i wouldn't cash out nowadays.

Sometimes you cash out, look at the cash and wonder what do i do with this cash?
It appears to me that its better to cash out small amounts that you need to use at the time, Have tight stops and wait for it to play out on the upside.
It works if you are holding huge amount of cryptos and bought at cheap price compared to now.But it won't get much profits if we just keep chashing out too often if our forfolio only vlues like $1000o or $25000.You need to multiply it by doing trading or just keep on holding everything.

I have the same opinion as you. Sometimes I want to sell and withdraw money to my account, but the bad thing is that I don't know what to use for it.
That thought is really stupid in the crypto market.
Because in the crypto market only dump and pump, when you reach the target profit, you should sell it immediately to ensure profit and avoid the big dump of the whale.

Especially in such an established bull market.
When you look at it, most of us aren't here just for the wins. We are here for the whole experience and thrill of watching winners and losers.

If you need money then better to cash out already as the price is in dip again in which you might lose the chance to sell it high from buying it low but if there is no need of spending and you believe in the beauty of the platform of the coin then better to keep on holding until it will reach the highest potential value of the coin.

If I bought bitcoin last december, I will likely sell it because there is already enough profit for me even though the price might still go up. Bitcoin bought during the first quarter of this year will likely be hold till the price is doubled because of the expected bulrun.
Most likely short term traders will take this opportunities to grab the profits that they've got, it's the practice where you need to set your target goals and be contented with the amount you received, there's always chances to have more but considering the system that you created for short term target profits
still a profits no matter how big or small it's quite better than nothing at all.

It's a mindset of short term investor and it's okay to take profit while you can because you have invested at the right time. A long term mindset will be looking forward for a better price and will set on how long he's willing to hold.
An investor that has been in losses for so many times won't do the same mistake, don't be greedy for short termers and for long term investors make sure you really can attain to hold while the market is at loss.

You have full control with your emotions OP. But the profit you made in April is less compared to what bitcoin has reached which is 2x-3x after 3 months prior to your sell off. But in the middle of this July, things seems to be in favor of the bear again so I guess it is safe to say to cash out more than 50% of your btc.

It always happen, maybe that is the reason why people know if whales keep hold and pump and then release their assets. And now what we must do is take advantage with that. If know when holder already enough to buy bitcoin or other alts, we can know when price will be pumped.
unfortunately those who lose moments will definitely feel very disappointed, because the decline is very fast. if you see a condition like this whether long-term investment can still be profitable if we don't know about market conditions.
