Wait perhaps until the price stop so that you still can obtain profits. But i suggest quick to sell also to prevent losses especially if you noticed there's a sudden fluctuation on it because surely it will constantly fall back again to the resistance level without any sign wherein because of some big players that dumping behind. So as of now while it's still progressing jus keep monitoring the market to get the right time to cash out.
If the price movements that occur in the last 24 hours are the targets that we have set, then it is fine if we will sell them. But in my opinion what is happening with the market today is still the beginning of a positive movement, there is a possibility if we hold it back a little longer the situation will change towards a more positive one.
Will be depends on your target, people / traders have their own self assessment so if they wanted to deal with closing their position and cash out their profits, some might see opportunities to hold for some time value might rise even more and take away much higher gains, best to assess and analyze

Actually, I've already transferred my bitcoin to fiat to atleast make it safe from this volatile market. This is a good sign that I already gained profits. One good thing is that I can monitor the prices using TA and that I can sense that it will bounce back from $4,900. And I was right all along. At least my bitcoin balance was already that high now.

After possibly big Asian whales bought 20 000 bitcoin from the exchange, everything pumped a lot. It was perfect timing for them on the technical analysis side.
However, they will for sure take their profits out, which they possibly just did when ETH dropped 20%.. However, that move may lead though to a bigger uptrend.

I wouldn't want to cash out so soon, especially now that the cryptocurrency market has started getting greener, and most of my altcoins holdings from last year 2018 are beginning to show some good signs.
Some days recently, the market really signs good condition. Moreover, Bitcoin that becomes the rate of many other coins really has a great increase. So, why should we cash out if we know that many coins are rowing to reach a higher price? I think we can be a little bit patient more to wait for better and better price again.
Why would you cah out now when this is just the beginning of market comeback? Prices have gone up 10-20% in the last days and that could be a good reason for most to withdraw their profits now but I think you should expect a little longer since this might go all the way up to the values we've seen back in 2017.

If you think you have enough profit now then you may cash out now but i think it will be even higher in the next few days but you know. Crypto have a risk, because price might fall off the next day. Just plan carefully how will you profit and don't regret if you do your decision.

Too soon to make any conclusions my friends. Yes, we all hope for the beginning of new bull run and new 20000 $ price, but that may not happen so early. And if 5000$ seems as top price for some of you guys - cash it out. I plan to wait for another record of the bitcoin's price.
