Buying quality Altcoin while waiting for BTC prices to rise again is generally good because Altcoin is also an alternative that plays an important role in developing our project. It seems the bull market is still the same, no one knows when that happened, but everyone believes it.
I believe you are very right, going by the market,it is obvious the alts are getting weaker, and as such the value for the alts are going down. This is an opportunity to accumulate and wait for price to go up.
Yes. It's real time to buy altcoins. Because after long time market is going up. And I think it's a opportunity to make good amount. Now great time to fill up your wallet with potential altcoins.
Just be very careful in selecting which altcoin you want to invest with. You have to do your digging on this coin and evaluate if it has real potential in the market. Most of the newly-launched altcoins don't have the capability to survive in the market. If the devs' motivation to create such project has no real foundation, you will lose that money.
Maybe, stick to the veterans in the altcoin side. At least, you know their existence is already tested and proven.

The plan should be like invest everything on bitcoin and once it got stable then dump and move it to altcoins.
I feel we need to be wise in making decision at this point in time in crypto market, though it appears like the altcoins may be surging anytime from now but all the same, just be wise.

It is not late to bag some good coins now as they are not yet starting the rocket.

It is obvious the best time to fill your bags with as many altcoins as possible, because once bitcoin stables from this bullish trend then altcoins will pick up the trend and increase. So it is better to get it at a low price now.
Buy many alts should have a few months ago, of course you can buy them now, bull run for many alts has not yet come. So much more to come, the main thing is not to forget fixing the profit taking.
This analysis could be true, the real problem lies with now what alts to buy or what alts to avoid buying, the bullrun of alts could be around the corner too, but one should do proper research to avoid buying the wrong alts.

Every day, BTC is becoming more and more crazy. After a rather long growth, it continues to grow even more. This is not a good sign. Time to wait for the correction. And if so, then for some time the market will be red. Then it will be a good time to buy altcoins.
I'd like to think so, but nobody knows... it may be a little too early still. But it's not like anyone can time the market perfectly, so if anyone wanted to jump into the alt scene, it's possible it's not such a bad time right now.
Also depends a bit on what altcoins. I don't think we'll see a repeat of where 'everything' basically goes crazy. I'm also not expecting 10-15x across the board either. I think many coins in the top 100-150 should do okay, but outside of that, kind of a big risk.

Those altcoins which rockets up the last time I guess will do. Most of those are the top altcoins, the problem with altcoin traders is that we put much of our funds to BTC and we put little for altcoins. If you are like me then pick the cheapest as possible like the Verge, Cardano and Tron because by this, you have a stash to keep.
The bullrun today is not like the bullrun last 2017, it may just be the nearest to adoption and prices may not really drop close to zero even when bear comes.

It is the right time if you buy some Alts and be patience as of now Alts are in a good price, but the most important as you say pick , select the top good alts and enjoy the ride with patience.

some alts because we wouldn't know on when would be their time to shine once again.The market trend might not be correlated anytime but
