I dont know the best choise, i believe its time to invest, as price looks stable and an investment now can bring you a source of income over the nexts months, soo buying or selling is just a waste, atleast for me, i dont play this game, i invest and wait to roi, this way if i need to sell i will get my coins back and an extra source.
The price of bitcoin is stable right now and i think both sell and buy are good for now, because i'm sure the price of bitcoin will not change until next month.
i think that selling is definitely not the right thing to do because people still really like bitcoins so they will push the price up, i think it is time to be buying coins

The present time is to stay safe. We can't risk selling or buying since the price is balanced over a period of a week.

If Bitcoin reaches $550 again, then it might be the best time to buy and hold for one more year. The current price is $657(according to coinbase) so buying now and holding for a year wouldn't be a bad idea either. Either way, there is a small chance that you might lose some $$ and there is more chances of earning $$ 
if bitcoin price goes anywhere below $600 i wouldn't hesitate to buy as much as i can because bitcoin price is getting ready for the next launch to the moon. and any drop would be a test to find the bottom and test the waters for the launch.
None of the above. For me this is the best time to hold on to your coins. Exchange rate is stable lately fro July 7 at $647 USD and peaked at $675 USD last July 18 and yesterday closes at $654 USD. For those who plans for a short term investment and easy profit, you can go ahead sell if it reached at $675 USD if you buy BTC today at $654 USD. That will be an easy $20 USD profit.

Yeah no one knows when it's the right time to buy bitcoin but we know when it's the right time to sell if has got a profit. the main problem is too many greedy people want get big profit and it will make their own self confused now it's a right time to sell or not. i think the buying is the right time... you can buy those BTC from interested people and stock it in wallet, we know that the price will rise...we will be benifited

The prices are more or less stable just with the little dip is happening. Waiting for something to happen may take forever and you may miss out. Right now it is stable and the move up or down is the chance that you should take and sell if it goes down or hold if it goes up.
