Id recommend making your head bar a little less cluttered. I'd recommend five buttons max. Try utilizing some stop lists. If possible, try going for a simple single color style, instead of an background.
If you get enough visitors, is recommend changing to a full .com domain or at something that's not a subdomain.

Since the tip values are really small and no one really claims the tips, we'll change the 'Tip Format' a little, where you send us your tip.me address that is used to received tips from changetip, or Bitcoin Address, where the tips you receive snowballs until it reaches minimum of 6000 satoshis! ^^ Not sure if this will work out though, but giving it a try!
