The problem is that at present the bounty participants don't think they have their rights anymore. many of them are disadvantaged from the current project. because most projects that exist until now have the potential to be a scam. so the system that must be improved is the pojeck of the many must change it so that there are no more projeck scams that are able to operate

As a bounty hunter I can tell you that I've already learnt to do proper research a long time ago, but this has resulted in a years in which I've participated in just a few bounties... ok, they all paid, but most are almost worthless...
nevertheless these are specific periods, we just need to prevail and keep on tuning up our instincts in order to get the best possible bounties to promote!

If you'd been paid why haven't you monetize this at all? Meaning the research still failed since you dont get a dime out of work. Yes, being paid in tokens doesn't mean it will have you something but you must target to get profit out of youre promotions since its the goal of a bounty hunter. Dont collect worthless tokens, these tokens can't get you rich.

Most of the time, bounty hunters right now have so limited choices that's why there are some that promotes projects that have low chance to survive in the market. Some only do it for the money. Also, ICOs right now have the saddest situation and reputation so, it will be wise to avoid investing unless you fous a really good competitor in te market. IEOs are rising and many people are swayed to take part but still we need to be careful because we won't want to make 2017-2018 issues happen again.

Yes, you are right and that is why the more bad projects we have than good projects, the more people loose funds and interests in making any investment. I think the onus lies on every cryptocurrency enthusiast and evangelist to always engage in positive publicity of crypto and chide scam. Also we should always learn and relearn and better the crypto knowledge of others as well.

Thanks for the advice, but for how much research is done and no matter how good a project may seem, until the end there is no guarantee of being paid. Indeed, it seems to me that now whoever sets up an ICO focuses more on making the presentation look convincing than on the project itself.

I had water to opt out of bounty, when I saw that rewards were not forthcoming early enough. Well, since some have chosen to postpone payments, which we cannot do anything about, if anyone wishes, he might continue to promote until they all accumulate, a time will come that all the rewards will continue to come nonstop and piling up.
Binance exchange have the highest best IEO results,i think that is why OP includes only binance, but other exchanges like gate.io, huobi are good as well and they have good IEO success records, if every investors can just decide to stick with these top exchanges every thing will be fine
before i do some research, i agree with ur opinionbut after i do simple research, i am surprised found this data. binance isnt the best IEO based on fund raised. the best is gate.io, link Gate.io Startup

From what I have heard, they charge a very high listing fee in Binance. I have heard quotations ranging from 1 million USD to 4 million USD, for a listing with Binance. And even if the promoters agree to this, there is a rigorous screening process before they are allowed to list their project. And Huobi is not far behind and they are also charging a similar amount for the IEO listings. I am not sure about how much Gate and OKEx are charging, but I expect the fees to be lower when compared to Binance.

I think this situation is different where a project running an ICO but paying reward in btc, etheruem or other reputable coin in cmc. This type of bounty in ICO don't fail especially if it is under a reputable manager because he will ensure that the developers redeem their promise because of his own image. So I don't have challenge with such ICO bounty.
In my opinion, because it is not everyday or every month good project comes up, I think this is the more reason why bounty hunters and investors need to do research, at least these research will help them know if the project is worth investing their money or time. At least with research people have been able to get involved in good projects. Research is very key.
It is true that as you say now it is very difficult to find good projects like 2017, instead we often promote scam projects which always make us disappointed and there are also projects that run long but the results are also disappointing, so now it is very difficult to find ICO projects that can make us able to get satisfactory results, even now many investors are turning to the IEO project because there is more convincing when compared to the ICO project.

Yes indeed. In 2019 we have not found a high-value project. Some are paid but have no value, some have high value but are not paid. We have spent a lot of time promoting new projects. I hope this will be better going forward.

Higher listing fee means the project manager is really serious with their project, no desire to scam people and want their project will be successful.
So, this is why many people are hunting the IEO tokens from famous exchanges because the investors know they buying a good project
Not all IEO that being added to reputable exchange can be classified, as scammers also learned how to manage to take advantage from investors who are
just relying with others opinions and did not bothered to review everything first before riding with the offers.
I appreciate your advise to the hunters and investors, primarily the two are the most concerns when we talked about cryptocurrency and getting involved. Some time last year, I invested on some cool assumed projects and later found out that, these projects where scam projects without future, my happiness was, I invested what I can afford to loose and I loose my investment, i have learnt my lesson.
