Indeed, there are alot of projects out there but it is vey rare to find that "perfect". This is the main reason why bounty hunters still choose to do campaigns even though the project isn't that good nor the pay is even barely livable. Most of the times, we do it for money but does it really worth it? Only you could answer that to yourself.

The solution to doing it right, is searching and seeking for knowledge through research and which extends to how it is being applied.
While waiting for something positive to come up, just keep searching for the best.
Investors are also at the receiving end, so knowledge should Al's be searched.

The good old days fir bounty hunters seems to be a thing of the past. These day of will do campaign for months and the will still not be a guarantee that they will get paid. It is therefore very necessary that one does some research about the project he wants to join for any campaign

Digging deep about a project to know exactly what they are up to is the only way to avoid Jon a scam project. Truth be told many icos are launched for the primary purpose of ripping investors of their money.

Sorry to disagree. Because right now there are sime good bounties are running now and relying on a reputed exchange's IEO is a wise idea, not bad at all! If you look carefully, you may find xcrad, hawk, pngme, hivenet, swapzilla bounties, these are good. And relying on Binance, Kucoin IEOs are the best movement by a crypto investor!

For the bounty hunters even do we are always victim to those scam project but we are go on and find another good project that we encounter. We all now it was hurt for us to work in bounty campaign that was not pay on us, But we expect this year that have some bounties that can give us opportunities to earn more rewards and have some good value in the exchange.

So you are saying any ieo not held on binance is not worth investing on or paying attention to? I sincerely don't think so, binance is not the only exchange that have had successful ieo, besides not everyone can meet the requirement of binance to participate in their lunchpad,

And may I ask what's so wrong about sto that you think people should stay away from? I get ico already soiled their reputation but sto still have a chance in the market, note that ieo are not far from imperfection.

then what about your story this year? how many projects have you promoted even how many prizes have you received from each of your previous signature campaigns?
to be honest my story is very bad, didn't get a big prize and only got a few but they paid.

IEO Binance is an alternative investment trend at the moment, many investors take short profits there, but I don't think that IEO binance generates positive values so on. it's just about trends, and it all depends on your beliefs and not just because many IEO projects are successful there.

Such great advice for both investors and bounty hunters! You earned a merit from me. Because this advice is the real and others are shit in my view. Bounty hunters shouldn't stop hunting good projects. Some people always complain that the bounty project is not paying money, but today my friend got 3K USD from the Tokoin VIP campaign!
All the STO projects are pure shit, stay out of them. Some ICO projects did well like Haratoken, Bcnex, Ferrum bout investors did not get profit. So, the real investment is established crypto token or IEO which comes from reputed exchanges!

Being a top exchange, binance charge too much for managing IEO and only few start-up projects can afford to pay that is why only few IEO is launched in binance. although there are no scam project yet in binance launchpad it does not mean that the project they will introduce is good so always do your own research before investing.

Nowadays, there are very few bounties who have full trust from the participants, and of course this is a natural thing because we know that many bounties now delay payment distribution for participants and there are even bounties who do not pay at all after their project is complete. Even though the bounty project that we participated in has a market, there are times when payments for bounty participants are made when the price of the token has fallen, so that we still don't get the most out of our work so far. Your post is not making sense, there is no shortcut when promoting bounty projects, if you aren't making good contribution then it means you are a plagiarism fan, i bet you will get banned in a short term and bounty managers are smart as well, once your contribution is not making sense you won't be rewarded, where the problem lies is long wait after bounty ends, people don't like waiting for that long

Yes, I agree with your readiness and thoughts, as a bounty hunters the attitude that must be held is to never give up, both research and hard work. Everything takes time and process to be better.

Well he is right about ICOs and STOs, many of them have a red flag. People should be really careful when they plan to advertise some of them or to invest in them, there are gems but it takes a good research for finding them. OP is right that some scams are designed so good that it's very hard to recognize them as scams, even for professionals.
I don't agree with on part, not all IEOs are safe for investing, as I see their prices fluctuate a lot after realising, what I wish to say is that some groups and exchanges are manipulate with them too.

thank you my brother for his advice, it really helped me, yeah right, before we join in a project we have to make sure that the project is really serious starting from whitepaper, roadmap, team or mission, and for investors don't just invest in unclear projects if you want to invest, try going to binance because it's a very famous market exchange.
