It's best to take it one day at a time, by even losing three pounds, you will be stoked on the way your body looks! Every pound counts. I follow a few youtuber's who are really into fitness, and they do things called 'hell week' where they try to eat as clean as possible and work out very intensely often for a week, and their body has quite a dramatic change by the end of it. Every day counts.

Body transformation is a process which depends upon many factors like your present body type, lifestyle you are living, diet, sleep, drinking habits and many more. So how long it will take depends upon the person who is seeking for the answer. If one can follow a strict diet plan, proper workout schedule and health lifestyle then I am sure that it won' t take more than 3 months unless you are obese.

All depends on your body condition now. In my experience, from my previous 80kg of weight, I practiced regularly in the gym for almost 1 year, and as a result I can lose my weight now up to 70kg.

You can not determine that precisely, it depends on many factors but most important are:
What you eat, you have to extremely careful about this.
How you exercise ( I recommend swimming + cardio )
How your body develops in these changes, each body has its own way of developing, you may require 6 months or 2 years to achieve the body you want.

Have a healthy lifestyle, eat healthy and work out. If you do not want to go to the gym do sports instead. Something that will keep you moving. Or if you have a gaming console, like a VR or Xbox, use it. There are a lot of apps you can play on that helps you get fit using virtual reality or xbox or sports.

Try to sport push-ups and jogging, that's my opinion is a mild exercise that is powerful enough to lose weight, if you want faster skinny again, then you should reduce the portion of the meal into 2 servings per day (without snacks)

If you wish to get it done really quick without working hard then I have some bad news for you. At least a year of a proper diet and regular trainings.

Lift weights do cardio.
Depending on how you look right now, if you do things right, in one year you could have a decent body.
The first year is the one where you progress the most.

6 to 8 months is a good enough number to keep in mind and aim for it.. Ofcourse, depending on your body type and the amount of effort your put in plus the diet - you might be able to achieve in as quickly as 4 months also - which is half the time

I think it depends on how hard you are wiling to workout and your dedication level  I mean how many hours per day, your meal plan, sleeping time and much more things so according to my understanding you can do a considerable different in few months time if you do it right
