1. Learn what crypto is, starting with bitcoin.
2. Know the market, you can find something from the price trend of top 10 coins.
3. Learn how to use a wallet and try to receive - send coins.
4. Try to use some well-known exchanges, you can do some simulation trading before deposit.
5. Choose a coin that you think is good (preferably bitcoin), then try to buy it with a small amount of money.

If you are new to this topic and want to learn trading, learn the basics of fundamental and technical analysis, I would not advise starting with top exchanges, first you can use the demo version of the Velvet exchange, you do not need to invest real money, also this exchange publishes a lot of useful information for novice traders.

That's a mouthful, but I will try to answer them as best I can. I first heard about bitcoin only a couple of weeks ago, when I went to my friend's housewarming party. He and some of our other friends were talking about it and I got curious so I listened to them and decided to join. To be completely honest I don't know anything about the forum yet, but I've learn now to not rely solely on the forum. I asked my friends and they helped me understand it better. I'm still new to it and learning and hope this forum will help. Do you have any tips that will help? I would really appreciate it.

This is the real problem, for technical documents and whitepapers in general the reader needs a little fluent English, many translations to other languages make mistakes in real ideas and purpose of these, changing complete sentences in some cases. It is preferable to learn English rather than read in secondary languages since many terms are only used in English or don't have real translations into other languages.
Sure this is not only crypto related, it's with everything. One stupid example is that I cannot use my phone/computer when I change the UI to my native language, it's just a mess, the translation of thinks like "gateway" or "mask", the explanation of the errors in the error logs it's just meaningless.

To understand something you need to have a proper information. If you are not fluent in English and you try to find this information in your native language you have to be sure that it's a credible source. In this sea of information you need to find the right sources. Quote

I say that English speakers have a higher change to get quality information in wider specter then the other. Remember that the Bitcoin Whiter paper was written in English.

It was back in 2009, when the bitcoin hit the first news, a buddy of mine came to me and said, there's a new digital currency and sounds interesting. I just quick looked at it, but it looked too complicated, so I just gave it up until 2013, when another friend stated mining, then I joined too, and then I stated reading.
One of the big problem as a noobie Is that there is so much to learn and I don't know what is a good question to sak and I don't want to look stupid...I'm my experience even though u ask a not so good question u will hopefully learn what u r looking for ...once u stop asking questions good or bad u will stop learning and there is so much to learn on this forum
There's so much information over the internet that I honestly don't know how people could find difficulty in starting out. I agree with iasenko that it's mostly just the language barrier, as not all countries are using english, not even as a secondary or tertiary language.
With people that are starting out, I personally always suggest reading Coindesk's A Beginner's Guide to Blockchain Technology as the articles listed should be enough for the basics.

What do you think is the primary goal of new users or even most users in general? What are your own goals? What do you hope to achieve through accomplishing those goals?

With the wealth of information available on the internet, what do you find difficult about figuring out what is the correct broker or exchange to use? Why is it difficult for you? What have you tried to solve this problem?
Many people have posted or recommended many different types of wallets, exchanges, and all the like here on this form or all over the internet, so as a user thats asking that same question that seems to have been answered many times by others, what makes you feel your question hasn't been answered yet? What leaves you feeling that the information out there just isnt giving you the result youre looking for? Are you looking for a certain thing to make you confident in the solution your seeking that you havent found yet? Or is your issue more time/search related? (Not wanting/having the time to spend searching for the answers scoured all over the web/forums)

Tell me more about what you believe is "misplaced priorities" that new users have. Expand beyond the scope of just this forum and signature campaigns, there are much, much better opportunities to legitimately earn income with crypto, than slaving over signature campaigns. Merits and weekly tasks, etc. are more directly related to users of this form, i mean users in general of all of crypto. So if you were to expand beyond the scope of users spamming this form for merits what would you say is there motive behind doing so?

From my overview the main newbie problem is the language barrier. This is a bit of a bummer if you what to learn the crypo in details. Nowadays everything is in English, people have to accept it that if you don't learnt it, big part of the "world" will be hidden for you.

Struggling to learn on how to contribute in the forum for newbies as there are lots of topics been discussed in bitcointalk so the more you ask with the same question then experienced crypto enthusiast would only provide a link to the previous thread with the same topic asked and answer by professionals in here. So the best thing newbies to do is accept criticism from professionals and learn at the same time.

Take a look at the following thread to see the different types of available wallets and their advantages/disadvantages: Bitcoin Wallets - Which, what, why?. I personally prefer hardware wallets such as Ledger Nanos S (although it costs around 100$/100€ now).I haven’t taken a look at Exodus before. I don’t know why you consider it an off-line solution. It’s a software wallet, and as such, much more vulnerable than a hardware wallet (even their support page states it to make it crystal clear - https://support.exodus.io/article/45-can-exodus-safely-store-large-amounts).
