now we have to save bitcoin, because if we invest in bitcoin coins will definitely suffer losses, I will invest when the price of bitcoin coins starts to stabilize, because the price of all coins is now declining

Before this high dump, bitcoin price wasn't good either. People needed money, and they earned through bitcoin cash free fork coins! That's why I bought some BCH, but now I sold my all BCH with 2 fork coins, and invested in bitcoin! I suggested my friends do the same but all of them are not followed me, except few! I think the same as you, people should stop buying BCH and others shit. People need to realize, without BTC, the crypto market won't go to high!

Well this suggestion is true in some aspect because new forks of any original coin always reduces the market cap of the original coin. Anyway i really don't like the idea of these hardforks in generating new coins because they always ruin the market and i believe if we should all decide to stop investing into these forked coins it will help increase the value of bitcoin with time. But yet opinions are like noses and i believe some folks would definitely not buy this idea.
Wrong!
There's been more than 50 crap copies of BTC that nobody bought and didn't influence BTC one bit - because they were useless and nobody wanted them.
BCH took from BTC-s price - true. But had it not forked, all the early adopters who wanted to use Bitcoin as cash would have sold their coins anyway - so the end result would be the same.
Now you have free market competition, which is great.

Why would I stop buying bitcoin cash if it has much better utility than BTC?
I can rely on fees being low forever and I can buy stuff cheap on Purse. It's also not advertised as a store of value, so it's not a pyramid scheme, it actually has some fundamentals that can determine a price (although every coin is overpriced).
Wouldn't buy BCH as an investment, but their community is working to provide actual utility, whereas OP is a gambler like most of BTC-ers.

well, indeed, we need to think about the right decision so that in the future it will not harm Bitcoin itself. Moreover, the situation is not improving, so we better survive and do not make a purchase first.

I am not investing on bitcoincash yet, and am still seeking the relevance upon the issues thrown in this thread. But I think there are some valuable information and new knowledge I gather here. Thank you so much. Smiley

it will not affect the price of bitcoin even though they are doing a hash war, we know that bitcoin is down not because whatever the 4-year cycle always looks interesting here, once again I say it doesn't care about the split of the two BCHs it doesn't even look attractive in the future

this is true, we should stop buying bitcoin cash which has so much affected the price of bitcoin despite not having any reasonable use simply because some persons talked about it. Bitcoin is the real deal and we should all try to save it by avoiding purchase of bitcoin cash

Bitgesell (BGL) Decentralized Cryptocurrency!
This dump was triggered by the battle of the hashes. If we remove bch and bsv from having any value it would discourage more pointless bitcoin dilution, and prevent further hash wars.

Failure to act will cause more similar situations in the future
Day by day people left to cryptocurrency only for bitcoin because last one-year bitcoin gives us pain and pain and people already sell their bitcoin and left bitcoin and trade and start another life.We know bitcoin investment comes more profit but people are destroying their future for hold bitcoin.I think bitcoin need to price up or one stay price but bitcoin get down and down so bitcoin up 5000$ or more this time you can buy bitcoin and safe.

Who is buying bitcoin cash at all? I heard no word about it for a long time, even on trading discussion nobody mention it. Am I wrong?

That's a great question. I don't understand why people would buy it. What is their motivation? Nobody uses it for anything and its just as speculative as coins 100x smaller in size. Over the course of the last year its been dying a long, slow death, which was somewhat accelerated after the fork

But do you understand people who are buying Bitcoin?

As essentially everything you say about Bitcoin Cash can be said about Bitcoin itself. The majority of Bitcoin users are using it for speculation or hold it in hope of selling it later at a higher price (which is the same speculation). So how is Bitcoin particularly different from Bitcoin Cash in this department? Note that I don't mean to say that Bitcoin Cash is better or even on par with Bitcoin, it is just what you say is equally applicable to any other cryptocurrency out there

There is some truth to your statement but the fact is bitcoin has far more actual real world utility than any other crypto -- probably 100x more such utility than Bcash. So, compared to other currencies or traded items, yes, BTC is mostly speculative. Compared to all other cryptos its the least speculative. Bcash is a failed experiment and more of a get-rich-quick scheme, just like SV is currently proving itself to be.

I don't necessarily disagree with you

But in this case it doesn't make any real difference. For example, if only 0.001% (or let it be 1%, if you disagree with my number) of all bitcoins is actually used for anything other than speculation, while Bitcoin Cash is not used at all, technically you could say that Bitcoin has 1M times more utility than Bitcoin Cash. But Bitcoin's use would still remain negligible, no matter how negligible the use of other cryptocurrencies is. Just being more useful than the rest of the pack doesn't make Bitcoin more useful on its own

Bitcoin does not need bch to fail in order to recover. also I do not understand why some people would sell their btc for bch ...for the free coins from forks or? Me personally I will not buy bch ever.

The impact of hash wars has little effect on the price of Bitcoin. I did not understand that these parties only thought of their war. And maybe the BCH hash war will end after Bitcoin halving 2020 later.
chances are this war will stop by itself. but we cannot guess the situation sometimes, and when the war will stop we don't know. yes, hopefully sooner or later everything will improve.
