You know what, being panic everytime the price are down is really can't help, just remember that ups and down are always part of the market and if your coin starting falling then relax and wait, and if you have doubt to that coin then sell it immediately .
All of course depends on the project and the price of this token, I think that you need to sell as its price may fall and then do not grow again and you just lose money.

The moment you realize that alt coin's value you have are dropping or suddenly turning into non-valuable ones. Then, you should sell it immediately. However, if you feel that your tokens have great potential and its ICO services are good. Then, by all means hold onto it. I'm pretty confident that a lot of coins even alt coins would increase their value by the end of this year. Maybe, waiting a litlle bit longer would somehow pay-off.

The best strategy is to sell, and leave part for the long term. The market is stabilizing and it will be possible to see a good profit. Or if not, we have insured ourselves.
This is definately not the best strategy to sell part of your coins on bearish market. On bullish - yes, you can cover your investment and leave the rest for hold till road map will be finished. Otherwise it is bad choice

Selling won't solve the problem in the market. Waiting is way better than to sell due to panic because the market dumos are just temporary. Once the recovery takes place, profit will then be earned.
