Just hold your tokens since the market situation currently is bleeding and it will recover soon. Once the market is recovered then you can sell. This is not the right time to sell unless you have a emergency funds requirement. There are many people selling due to panic and nothing will happen with that and they are going on a loss as of now, crypto market is volatile and we need to wait for the situation of the market to recover and boom to manage to get some profit.
Now it is very foolish to sell coins for pennies. It is necessary to wait a little while until the market situation improves. And this will definitely happen. Once the market is green, all coins will rise in price too.

From investors point of view , I would not sell being in the red otherwise, why did the investor join the ICO in the first place.
If they did do they research properly and believe in the idea, they should have opportunities to get their money back.
Also I would not go to these huge ICO's, the probability of big ROI decreases with bigg ICOs compared to small.
I do not see any reason to sell my coins and tokens now at very low prices. Here, in any case, it is advisable to expect a general recovery of the crypto-currency market. Well itnis pretty obvious to wait than to sell low valued coins in the market. Remember why you go here at crpyro industry is to learn more about crypto and blockchain as well as to earn big. Then selling a low valued coins during bear market is a stupid thing to do.
Wait. Especially now. This is a bear market. Everything is down. If you believe the market will rebound (as I do), then you should continue to hold.
At the moment, It's a downtrend era so if you can't afford to loss better to sell it .
It's painfull if you're an investor since I try to hold as long as possible and the temptation is too great.

my advice is wait because the token is down and when you sell it now then you will lose a lot of your money.
You can sell right away if that's how bad you need the money. But if you are there for long trrm investments, you can wait for a year for your token's value to grow. But that still depends on how great is your coin is. Some coins end up dying after a long time. If you have a good one, then hold it. If you really need money, sell it instantly so you'll have a good grasp of the pre-listed token value
Don't sell. Just wait for few months. If you are not in money crisis or something like that it is wiser to wait than sell your assets for cheap.
If the price of your tokens goes down then it is not the good option to sell but to buy. Don't sell at the dips and if you have extra money then buy to increase your holdings then wait until the market recovers. 
I think most of the bounty has the right to sell when I want to myself I had a miss but 5k usd so I was in a hurry to sell MNX minexcoin at the time I had 280 coins sold and less than 1 dollar now after 6 months it is sold for almost 7 dollars I was with alicion because if I had saved most of the coins I had and expected at least a few months I would have had a profit of more than 30 k usd

Just wait mate, don't sell ! 'cause it is a normal reaction of token especially if the bitcoin value is decreasing as well which is some token is really affected on it , so be patience in fact no need to worry about it. If i was you stay focus on it and keep hodling to regain your losses .don't panic!

If the market is drowning, I think should buy and hope that the coin prices will go up but if I have a coin when the price of the sinking maybe I hold until the coin returns to normal.

The best solution at the moment is just to wait until the market starts to grow again. It is best to wait until the end of the year.
I think if token goes down i would rather wait until it goes up again,because i know even it has a difficult situation, i would prefer to stay and wait until in its higher value comes up.,and i beleive on that I shouldnt be too much greedy.
