I also watched this ico. Regarding the high discount, it could have been a good invest, but - the telegram chat and the behaviour/response of admins on questions took me apart.
Don't know, if it's scam - but my stomach says nothing good Wink

Good work Fazz! Have anything on CAV or other R.E.I.T's. Where are you from? S.E.C. will not allow U.S. citizens to invest. Found a work around but need more input to better my work around. Anything?

I can confirm what told by fazz.

They don't answer question about their address, and avoid to answer simple questions from telegram users which ask for detailed information.

Hey, Klavis here.
I was in the chat room and Fazz asked some questions like: "Where are you guys based" or "Why are you registered in the UK if no one in the team is from there"
And then they said "If you want we can plan a meetup", and I was like "A meetup with a regular guy for just replying to the question "Where are you guys based"? That's weird.
Then they banned him, I asked why, and SHE (an admin) said: "He's scamming", Ok now let's be real, how can a user asking questions scam someone?
I got a screenshot too.
Make your own decision, i'm NOT telling it's a scam, just make your own decision.

All all,

I was going to invest in the ICO but after doing some research I found some very dodgy looking stuff.

Here is their website: https://www.tokia.io/

They say they are a UK company and have a UK office at 6 Thornes Office Park, but this is just a mailing address https://www.mailboxuk.com/.

The website states Nathan Tafer is the founding partner but he is not even a director or shareholder on Companies House and the company was just setup 2-3 weeks ago; please see here https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11093662

The director or any of the team are not even based in the UK so why set a company here? The director is Anna Lunhu who seems to have no experience in this field and is registered in a apartment in Monaco.

This all points towards a scam and when asking these questions on their telegram I got banned.

So make your own mind up but this looks a scam to me.
