I wonder what scam projects you will allow your army of bounty hunters to follow next. Please don't say you are not responsible and don't manage the bounties. FRED token is an obvious scam and you didn't even check their white paper. Had you done so, you would notice the plagiarised it. So many scams come from Russia I should have known better than to deal with a shady company from Russia. Stole well over 350k from me worth 7 eth and you come up with bs stories about how you a victim. The worst past is you actually think you right. This just goes to show how Topie deals with problems. They don't. They don't even discuss.
Most of your supporters do not even invest they just bounty hunters with no money. That is the only reason you have the support you do but even they will wake up.

BTW to anyone thinking of using Tokpie to "get paid ahead of time"

It doesn't work quite like they say it does. Infact nothing is as it seems. The rules are unclear and they basically will change rules to gavour themselves. Anyway.
You pay collateral to sell back the stakes and then you replace those stakes with the token from the project. So you get paid "instantly"

Not correct and Tokpie is very misleading. In order to be paid "instantly," You need to pay 3x more then the value of the stake. (so if you were going to earn $100 at the end of the campaign you give them $300 and they hold that for you and when you give them the stakes you get the $300 back and your $100 profit. That means you must invest 3x what you plan on making. How does investing enable you to be paid ahead of time or "instantly"
It's a plain lie. You can buy a membership to reduce the collateral you need but this costs between $60-$170 which means investing even more. During this investment time the value of TKP could drop and you work for nothing.

So far the projects payout in over half a years time. Half a year is instant? Sure you get paid instantly.... After you invest a large sum upfront and hold on to it for 6+ months.

Rather just do a normal IEO bounty where you are paid weeks after the bount ends. (I have done some start to finish in 2-3months including the bounty time) The bounties for the Tokpie projects ended long long ago.

Do you want to work at a normal IEO bounty and work 3 months and get paid and then sell on the exchange or would you rather use Tokpie and pay upfront and then wait 6 months?

There is nothing instant about Tokpie it is a misleading and borderline scam. They also support scam projects and do not do background checks.

 I didn't tell the stakes I was holding in collateral. Most of what I sold was weeks before this. If I had done nothing I would still have over 300k TKP and you would not have zeroed my account. I gained nothing from getting cheap bounty stakes. Look at my transactions yourself. You will see I hardly sold anything. I realized I would not be able to sell them in time to cover the collateral. I was afraid to tell support because I knew this would happen so I waited till distribution hoping you would contact me and settle this.

This is the problem with the crypto world. People only see the worst in others because of all the scams. Again... I never sold you can check the transaction. I gained nothing with the stakes I paid for collateral and you acting like I was cheating and selling massive amounts of stakes then running off. Like I said my whole TKP balance was there still. I did not withdraw so I did not run. I did not sell. I know doing this 4 days before distribution is suspicious but that is why I did not withdraw. I would not be able to sell the stakes and then buy them back later in time. I made a mistake buying that many, I should not have bought that many. I also should not have bought them so cheaply and could have reported it but like I say I was afraid you would ban my account or do this so I rather waited to be contacted about it to settle it properly. I don't think tokpie is stupid and I was not about to sell all these stakes and run. I would have if I wanted to but I didn't did I?

I think I missed this part. I always miss important parts I did buy back some EFT signature stakes and my collateral was near 100000k After that is was very high because of the cheap stakes I bought which I did not sell. Why mut I pay collateral worth much much more then the amount that I put down? Surely you return the amount I put down and remove the stakes? Why didn't you just do that at the begining. I could then have paid for any stakes I did sell.

This was for signature stakes which I paid high collateral for and when the price dropped I  made a huge profit. I was able to get this down to about 100k by buying cheaper collateral and replacing it. I replaced it with collateral instead of buying the stakes because I was going to take out more colalteral anyway since I was in the bounty and was going to use my stakes to pay that collateral back.  That 426 132 TKP I made fair and square and you acting like I cheated. I just sold when the price was high and bought back when it was low but instead of buying back I took more colalteral since I was getting EFT to pay it back. So actually I did settle that 426 132 to about 100k by doing the above. You are not giving the full story and trying to make me look like I owned you that much when that is actually incorrect since I took more collateral out to replace that one. I don't see what the problem is?

Exactly and when I bought I bought 200k for 1.4eth then it was 2.7 eth for 100k so 200k is 5.2 eth. I only sold 113600 TKP worth (less then what I bought like I said I didn't sell any of the stakes I bought I sold TKP I already had so how can you say I was selling TKP I got from stakes?) So you actually made 200k-113k = 87k from me.

This was the cheap stakes I bought and you should have cancelled the ones that I did not sell. You did not have to cancel the ones I sold since I already sold them so I must pay for them. Why must I pay for stakes I didn't sell? Yes they were worth 666 353 EFT. That is around $18,324 and btw saying that makes it sound like I am trying to steal that amount from you. Very misleading and not the whole truth. All I did was hold those stakes and I didnt sell them. So why didn't I just get my collateral back for the unsold ones and then the sold ones I must buy back or pay back in tokens? Why did you make me pay you the full buy price of the tokens when I only put a little bit down. How is it fair if I give you $100 for 1000 stakes and not sell them but then I must buy them back at $1 each so at $1000
Why would I have you $1 for something then buy it back for $100. I paid a certain amount of collateral which you were meant to take back from all unsold stakes but instead you decided to buy them back at full price because you knew you could make a profit and zero my account and then use all this as an excuse and make me sound like a cheater.

Fact is I paid for something I got no benefit from and paid back 100s of times more then what I gave for it.
If I give you $1 for something as collateral but it is worth $10000 and I return it then I get my $1 back I do not have to buy it for $10000 to get back $1. That is what you did to me and you say I am the cheater?
If I had sold all the stakes then it would have been fine to do what you had done.

Please look at wiki how collateral works. If I give you something for collateral then I get it back when I bring it back. The collateral stakes were still there but instead of being cancelled and the collateral returned (as collateral works) You instead bought back the collateral at multiple times more then what I put down.

If I was selling all the collateral I took and then ran I would be cheating yes. I agree 100% but I did not do that. I had plenty of TKP to settle the stakes after you returned my collateral. (you never returned my collateral you made me buy it back at multiple times what I put down) How is that fair? That's not how it works... You are twisting things to make me sound bad.

If that was how it works then I can put down $1 for collateral on a stake and you can make me buy the stake back for $1000000000000000 does that sound right to you? You only meant to buy back stakes you sold and everything else gets returned.

The obligations seriously?? Yes I decided not to sell the stakes and wait to have my collateral returned. Instead, you bought the stakes instead of returning my collateral. Yes indeed that other account is a friend who lives here too. You did the exact same thing to their account. Justifying yourself with nonesense.

I had about 300-400k (depending on collateral settlement from sold stakes) This is worth over 6eth. You make excuses and blame your customer because your system is broken. You accuse me of cheating when you can clearly see from my transactions that I was not. I did not sell and run. I did not sell more then I put in so please stop making me sound like a thief. I am not the one who zeroes the account you are.

If I got a chance to sell all the stakes then what you did was fine. But you made me buy back everything even unsold stakes instead of returning my colalteral. Now you calling me a cheater.

You blame you customers when you are in the wrong. I do not understand why you could not have just giving me back my collateral for the unsold stakes instead of buying them back and then leaving the sold stakes for me to buy back.

The sad part is that you actually think you right. Why can't you just admit you made a mistake and thank me for not taking advantage of the system? I could have if I wanted to but I didn't did I. Withdrawing 116k worth of TKP when I bough over 200k is not cheating. But you see in the crypto world we only see the worst in people because of scammers.

I'm not sure how you can feel ok with what you did. I believed in TKP and invested early and have always supported them and now this happens.
Maybe you have tons of money running your fancy exchange but for me, that was a lot of money I just lost and really needed. I am tired of this shit in the crypto world.

Yes I made put in 1.5 eth and withdrew 2.5eth this is obvious since I bought TKP 5x less then it is now.

At the end of the day I had 6eth worth of crypto. You forced me to pay back my collateral and multiple times more then what I put down. Like a loan shark or some shit. You made me pay like 50x more then the colateral I owed on unsold stakes instead of taking them back. How can you just do this to someone? Tokpie was such a good idea and now you have to do this

You don't respect your customers and you didnt even talk to me about this you just did your own thing.

WARNING TOKPIE MADE ME PAY MULTIPLE TIMES MORE THEN THE COLLATERAL I TOOK OUT ON MY UNSOLD STAKES. INSTEAD RETURNING MY COLLATERAL THE DECIDED TO BUY THE STAKES BACK AT FULL PRICE WHICH WAS OVER 50x MORE THEN THE COLLATERAL I PUT DOWN PROOF ABOVE

This is not good for rep. I hope that few hundered $$$ is worth more to you then your rep because a serious company would never do something like this and then still blame the customer.

If you can any decency you would return my funds and apologize but I know you won't. Because you are perfect and never make mistakes and are never wrong. It is always the customer's fault so blame them.

Long description
The rule about unilaterally settlement helps the system to avoid the risks of your (seller of unsettled stakes) failure.

Simply saying Tokpie protects its users from a "sell and run" cheating scheme that took place in that case.
The total amount of EFT bounty stakes that you would have to provide to cover your unsettled obligation was 666 353 EFT. That is around $18,324.
At the same time you and another you account (yes we know it too) instead of buying back and settle your huge obligations, were withdrawing money. That's not a problem. BUT, all this before 4 days until trading stop. Because it's obvious that instead of paying $18k it's better to lose collateral worth of $100.
When critical level (your obligation - assets on your balance > 100k) was reached we had to apply the rule.

- Regarding FRED bounty: (1) we are not FRED bounty managers - (2) Contract with FRED was signed long before any trust ratings (3) The most important: the service we provided by listing FRED bounty stakes was to help hunters in selling their stakes before distribution - we had not promoted FRED bounty. This is how I paid little for the collateral. Notice people are only willing to pay very little for the stakes. Taking collateral out was cheaper then buying them but was a huge risk in case I failed to pay them back. If the price had gone up during my plan then I would have lost lots. I took the risk and it paid off and I ended up with some cheap stakes. The market was poor and you buy low sell high.



Here is Tokpie selling my TKP without even asking me so they can pay back the collateral. (this was not my plan) They kept buying back stakes until I had no eth or tkp or usd. They made sure they bought at a much higher price then I could get through collateral and they decided to settle my stakes for me instead of letting me carry out my high risk plan.



Here we see the main stakes that cost me most of my TKP being purchases and a much higher rate then you can get for collateral. i wanted to pay the collateral back by taking out more collateral much like people use a loan to cover another loan. This is why I say it was such a risk.

Here are their own terms. All of which I abide by. I bought collateral using their own formula and I didn't do anything that any other users could have done. I notied that colalteral was low because demand was low. THis is their formula not mine. These are their terms not mine. All I did was use their system which works on their formula.



Here are their terms for settling the collateral. I did not get a chance to settle my collateral since they decided to do it for me claiming my account was "high risk" It was high risk for me yes not them. I just had to get more collateral to pay back what I already owed and then everything that remains I would have paid back with tokens as per the formula in the img above.

They did this to my account and started trading and selling everything I had to buy back stakes without telling me or anything. I didn't even get an email.

I bought 200k TPK and made almost 500k trading. I only sold just over 100k thus they come out on top by 100k TKP I also bought my TKP when it was very cheap and they sold 300k of it worth 4eth to cover my collateral. I was going to contact them about it after I had gotten the collateral as low and I could and ask them what I must do because their system is a mess. I didn't even get that chance since they just came onto my account and paid the collateral back. I could not even take back the collateral and was very very confused. They are not clear on how to pay it back. I though if you left it them they just keep the collateral that you paid for it. This is not the case.

I did not benefit from the cheaply bought collateral I actually made a mistake buying it. Why does the system allow you to buy more stakes then there are??? Only after I bought I realized and then it is too late.
They could have easily taken the collateral away and I could have given them back any collateral I had sold at low price (which was hardly anything) and left it at that but instead, they cleaned out my entire account.

Just the fact that they access your account without telling you is so messed up. Contacting me and talking about the situation would have been a better idea to do. They do not give me that basic respect.


To end. I want to say that Tokpie is not a bad exchange and their project is good. If you choose to still use them that is fine. Just be aware that they have total control of your account and you have no power over it.
However they are supporting Fred energy which looks like a scam and already has mods voting against it. They have plagerized their white paper. So Tokpie don't seem to care if the projects that use their platform are sketchy.

One more thing. Yes I dumped my TKP. Why would I not? As soon as the bounty hunters get paid they will dump for TKP so rather sell it now. Those stakes are worth nothing and noone really wants them. I took advantage of this little demand like any good trader would. We are here to trade and make crypto. I am not here to play. I am here to earn.

Instead of just reversing what happened they empty my account so you take that and make your own mind up. I want nothing more to do with this and I have already written my crypto off. 4 eth worth of tkp gone.
There justification is that I am "high risk"

Yes but do not do it. If you do it and later figure out it is a mistake you cannot undo it and they will take all your funds to pay back the collateral and basically zero your account. Read the telegram people have had this happen to them. DO NOT BUY COLLATERAL!!! they will go onto your account and sell your eth and tkp to pay it back at the highest price. Very scammy. Plus they support scam projects like fred energy.


They have also been blocking and deleting messages from anyone who takes them up on it.


WARNING DO NOT BUY COLLATERAL FROM TOKPIE!!!! If you see it cheap especially do not buy. They will empty your account as they have done to a few bounty hunters here.
