Realistically, that is possible to happen. However, you need some "luck" and the right timing to choose that coin. Why luck? Because that is something unpredictable and regardless if that coin is having potential or not, once it got hyped, expect that the price of it will skyrocket.
The thing here is, don't expect that. It will just lead to being greedy as you might put decent money on a hyped coin and in return, the results might not favor you. Try to make the game smoothly and slowly but surely.
As long as you properly maintain your winning stats, it's not necessary to hope for an x50, x100, or x200 in an instant.

I think your question is slightly mistaken, without a doubt a growth like that has happened before so it is not something impossible, however the correct question that you need to ask yourself is if it is likely you will invest in the right coin, at the right time and you will be able to hold that altcoin for that long? And as you can probably guess the chances that all of that is going to happen at the same time to you are very low, so if you are expecting that kind of growth for your investment then the only thing that I can say to you is that you will need to be incredibly lucky in order to achieve those results. 
I know people that have invested just small money and when market was pumping the made big amount of money even when there investment is small, No matter how small the money you want to invest is just make sure you buy it and make sure you do proper research before you buy coin so that whenever it pump you will make money. I just hope I will have luck and buy a coin that can turn $100 to $7000 for me but I haven’t seen yet.

It's possible. But, how long it will take and how much the losses it costs to you to achieve that number is different on each person. There are some threads about challenges in this forum and youtube about "Making X from X amount of money" and people seem to be successful with the challenges. It requires knowledge and patience also bit of luck to reach that number, otherwise setting up the goal too high just makes you greedy.

For sure this is possible during bull market, remember before when the meme/animal coins fever where in just short period of time we see a huge spike in price especially before for every chain there are some meme coins being created and the pump is really huge, I am no sure it will happen again but if it will happen again, there will be some new, like maybe not meme coins anymore or another way.

yes it might happen. but it never happened to me about it. based on what I experienced during the bull market at least IEOs can generate tens of times the sale price even hundreds of times for the token sales they hype. but the risk is always there, even until now the correct prediction for the project is not there, we just make sure it happens at least 80%
