If a coin is not having the needed volume on exchange it means the coin is not strong in terms of use case. A coin that has solid use vase will sure attract adopting from the community which will lead to good volume on exchanges. No one is ready to invest in useless coins.

Lots of reasons. The team stopped the development and don't update anymore. Maybe the coin is shit, only added in the exchanger by giving the fees. Traders are not interested or the coin is scam but the exchanger didn't remove it from their exchanger. Actually these coins are dead coins. Better not to trade dead coins.
You need to know that exchanges that don't remove scam coins or dead coins are useless exchanges and usually exchanges like that can also scam their users, because a top exchange or a good exchange will not list dead coins, they will still be. clear it from the exchange list.

That's actually your clue to avoid those shit-coins and do not even try too add them into your bags. Most exchanges only wants to make more money by adding more alts into their markets to attract more users/traders. But as a traders you should already know that such alts ain't good. Regardless to say that the good, big, reputable and popular exchanges might have a lot of requirements for a "new coin" could be tradable on their market. Which make the cheap listing market their only hope and that's why they don't have that much volumes and all.

No volume means no way to liquidate so these coins are dead and will soon be out and forget we have already thousands of coins here in the announcement thread and look where are they now they are out of the market, forgotten and never to come back anymore, they are just a sore to the eyes of their holders in their wallet.

Most  of  CEX are money maker, they just list those altcoins to make money. Let's say there is a conspiracy between the exchange and the coreteam of those tokens/coins. First day of trading I'm pretty sure there are volumes but after a week the volumes slowly fading until the bots take over with a min volume just to keep the trading activity alive but the reality you'll get trap. That's how it works, so how does the exchange and project team makes money? Exchange boost there popularity, got trading fees plus the money from the project and the project can sell there token in exchange slowly.

The market is quite saturated already, and we have only few good exchanges that has big requirement in order for the project to get listed. Since we are seeing that most of the projects are only listed in small exchanges, that tells us that only few projects are quality projects in the crypto space and that means the risk is very high that we might fail from our investment, so we need to be very careful with that.

This wouldn't change, more and more projects will be created since the market lacks regulation, anyone can create a project, if it fails, they'll create another trash projects again.

Now very many coins listed on the market are illiquid and some have stated that the project on the coin has not been completed as long as the coin is not liquid, in my opinion many illiquid coins are all a result of projects that do not run as expected and the project is scam, and if the coin that does not have volume should be wiped out in the market so that we are easier to find liquid coins.

If the promoters are able to keep the hype alive, then the trade volume would be good. On the other hand, the trade volume will be minimal for those coins, where the promoters have made their exit. Even after they dump their coins, it will remain alive at the exchange for sometime. To avoid the suspicion, the promoters usually deploy bots to keep the trade kicking for a few more days.

If a coin has no volume, it means it's not wanted by people.
And if it's not wanted by people, that means it has no real use, and no "hype" around it,

Having said that, if you believe in a project, a situation like this could be a good buying opportunity
No, a coin with no volume equals no one interested in buying these coins at a low price. A good project will never let their trading volume down. They must have the initiative to create new hype. Otherwise, the project is a trash project.

So if the project creates constant hype, it means it's a good project?
No wonder people like you lose so much money with shitcoins
Watching ppl Invest in fake volume tokens which are controlled by team members. Then seeing them lose 99% & crying as they didn't understand. No trading volume is the fault of the coin itself. Lack of trust/interest from the investor because there is no potential or progress in the development of that coin. Those are just normal thing for any coins doesn't hold up the expectation of investors even after it got listed in the exchange.

What I observed this year is that the developers and investors including the community base are only after listing on exchange simply to dump their bags of tokens. Despite the obvious that the project is yet to launch any product or they just launched a unless app or are not at all ripe for listing, they mount pressure for listing. No volume will build up from any unplanned listing. And again, picking exchange with low trading volume or user base or exchange with low reputation and known for fake volume is a sure dead route for such project. No liquidity will be built up from there.

just don’t buy the coins which have small trading volumes. it's too dangerous.

this is the simple solution. if you're short term traders or holders and the coins don't have trading volumes, just sell your coins immediately. they have no hope for survive in market, then will be delisted from market soon. it means the coins are already dead. nowadays, some exchangers was too easy to listed some risky coins.

in my opinion there is only one reason, is the altcoin project is not liked by investors and no traders like it,
and the result is volume and price dumps, it is very natural that this happens
That's just one in many reasons why some altcoin with no liquidity or volume. And this kind of thing already very normal for a lot of coin in 2019 too, not just a new thing. I think there is too many exchanges and if one coin listed on too many exchanges but only a few good exchange among it, people will stay on the good exchange. Making other dead with very low volume and liquidity. Back in 2019 or 2018, this problem is a bit better because not too many exchanges exist back then.

At the onset when bitcoin was established, it took a great deal of effort to establish a cryptocurrency because the team had to set up the blockchain and several other edifice from scratch, but with ethereum where creating a smart contract takes less than 5 minutes and the doesn't require technical knowledge, tokens and projects are flooding the cryptocurrency Airways. Several of them lack use case and others have no bearing, so they end up adding to the number of cryptocurrency without volume.

The Fourth Generation of Blockchain in DeFi
I guess one of the reasons are people are trying to sell value less coins in a desperate attempt to cash on them. Ive read on a thread before that some people are trying to sell coins from dead projects.

If you look at most of these illiquid coins, you will observe that they are also listed on shitty exchange, likes begat like. There are some coins and tokens that they have no reason to be in existence, but because the greedy developer also want free Bitcoin he or she will create his or her own coin hoping gullible investors would buy them

Buzz App - Spin wheel, farm rewards
All of the shit exchangers are strongly focused to list random projects, they didn’t analysis before to add any coin an exchange. Because their main intention likes to make money through listing fee. Most of the coins have no trading volume on latoken,p2pb2b exchanges but i never seen delist announcement from those exchanges. But big exchangers are playing different role by delist method against dead projects.

If a coin faces this problem there will be only some reasons:
1. No trading volume
2. No token circulation on the market
4. No project development moreover from the team
5. No innisiatif from the team to manage and also rise up the coin
6. has been delisted from an exchange.

At least they are the ways. But here, you will need to check the cons that have value and also token from getting free.

Those are the coins that doesn't have any demand anymore or otherwise they are looking for more exposure in the market by listing in multiple exchanges even they have no definite volume, but it will be removed anyway, liquidity is surely a huge factor in the tokens growth, but it depends on what exchange they are listed but some exchanges are only full of wash trading so you need to be careful.
