I almost agree with all of them but whoever made this list is probably in economics side of things instead of technological or leftist side of things. Bankers looking at crypto see different things than anti-bank people looking at crypto sees.

First of all one of the biggest reasons why bitcoin dropped was bitmex and the short futures which gave the chances to rich people to sell their bitcoins and use that money to buy short futures which they were gladly making money from, the lower bitcoin got the more money they made.

Another big reason was the mt.gox trustee selling 35 thousand bitcoins (and later craig selling another 30 thousand bitcoins 2 months ago for bch hard fork war). Yes all of those 10 were part of the reason why it dropped but none of them were the biggest reasons, they all played a small part in this drop.

We've been through this cycle several times since 2010.

Gold mine seekers come in, pump the value, lose money, go out.

But every time BTC reaches a new ATH before collapsing.

BTC at U$ 4000 as it is now is 700% gain from just over 1.5 years ago. What other investment did that?

will BTC recover? oh this is a very silly question, of course BTC will recover. but there is no specific period of time to recover bitcoin, because the price of Bitcoin is very dependent on investor interest.

Most of the investors are withdrawing their money from cryptocurrency market because of their disappointment. They did not meet their expectations and that's why they became disappointed. They keep worrying to their investment due to the lack of focus and managing emotions.

Good riddance I say.

If you can't handle this market, you don't belong here, it's that simple. Noobs get crushed hard and this will continue to happen because they don't know what they invest in, and don't know how this market works. I dare to say that the majority of the noobs who are joining crypto haven't ever had any sort of prior market experience, be it with stocks, bonds, etc.

Crypto is so easily accessible, that you can buy into it basically at any age if there aren't age related restrictions where you have to be at least 18 years of age. But even at an age of 18 you very likely don't have any market experience to at least put things into perspective and figure out the very basics of when markets looks overbought or not.

My first experience with stocks, far before Bitcoin existed, was to buy everything that has been dumped to the ground. Obviously, it's not a perfect metric to solely focus on, but you get the idea.

We have a lots of thoughts about the falling of Bitcoin but we don't have the exact report for the why Bitcoin will be going down and it will be fine double then we can do something different to get back the old effective way of development for the Bitcoin uses it will be easy to understand whether we can find the reason of falling down but cryptocurrencies are different dimension to understand very easily if we find it can be good for us

Most of it stems from the fact that some weigh the market value over the product value. The market price fluctuates regularly, and this creates unsettlement among those most concerned about that factor without careful consideration into the underlying potential behind the product.

Does bitcoin has the product? I was thinking only that bitcoin was being created to solve the high transaction cost being made by the banks and its great feature which is the peer2peer transactions being done. Well, this could be a good reason to promote to solve the problem but however, it seems that there is something that lacks to the development of this products and basing on OP's reason might be connected as well. Anyway, well just hope that it will going to bounce back and will going to recover over a period of time.

It will certainly recover and it will grow faster than we imagined. it will rise to $ 10,000 in 2 years. The stock and financial markets need some time to recover and the bitcoin is the same. This is just an adjustment, don't give up soon. Please buy BTC now because its price is very cheap.

-Bear market (and we haven't seen the bottom yet)
-Bitcoin is the volatile (the future of c-currency is depending on mass adopting in the real economy)
-Stablecoins will replace volatile coins (check this article https://www.coindesk.com/2019-will-be-a-big-year-for-stablecoins)
-Investors don't believe in Bitcoin (truth)
-Haven't guarantees that bitcoin is interested by institutional investors
-That's enough Smiley

the thing I hate the most is Fomo and Fud. this happens many times and causes panic.
the market responds very quickly and social media contributes to it so the market responds quickly.

This is the point of Rampant market manipulations. I can say that partially I like these manipulations but only when the price fluctuates a little and not in big volumes.
I think the price of Bitcoin is going to recover but in a long-term period. Maybe at the end of 2019, we are going to see that it will be stabilized around 10k and we will head for the next milestone.

All that you listed above may be part of the reasons but seriously 'panic and impulsive selling' is one major cause of it. Many investors are expecting the once notion of 'invest in Bitcoin and make huge money ' yet they forget that those who earned massively from it really exhibited major degree of patience.

This just creates the temporary instability in the market but the real reason is lot of sources were tryig to supress the crypto market so they are involving in the price manipulation and breaking the trust of the users and making crypto as very very risky investment.
news becomes a powerful tool in creating market movements. of course there are pros and cons for the development of cryptocurrency, for those who are contra, of course it makes the atmosphere uncomfortable, where investors' trust is explored so that the cryptocurrency loses its energy

right, a lot of disappointment due to these activities. for those who have a lot of funds can easily move the market as desired. and for small investors, it will be very torment if they cannot follow the market

Don't worried for all investor about bitcoin is falling down, keep hold your asset or make re investment at bitcoin because I trust and faith bitcoin will grow up later, just wait when the moment is come true and you will be more disappointed if you sell your bitcoin now.

ABC and SV fork also is one possible reason why bitcoin fell last quarter of 2018 but that's just part of it.

-Will the BTC price recover?
How much is that price you are expecting to recover? if you expect to see $20,000 by this year, many will say that its not going to happen but we can't tell the future and bitcoin can surprise us at any time. Overall about the recovery, yes it can recover maybe not today or this month but soon it will.
