Because it seems you need to make an account and then send it to that registered wallet/account on their website. Which they make no mention of at all on the front page.

It is paying step-by-step, yes maybe sometimes it is paying biggest, but it is not always. I was testing system, so it is reason why 0.06 btc sent back firstly:)
