Hi again, guys!

I edited the poll with several of your suggestions. Indeed I had left out several good sites. At first, I thought it would be more manageable if I kept the list relatively short, but clearly, I was wrong. Let me know if you've got any other options and I'll add them there.

Thanks a lot for those, and keep them coming!

but what is your criteria to be included in the poll?

I think I've said it before, but Primedice is my number one choice because it's definitely my favorite, and I had a feeling it would be preferred by many as well. The rest of the casinos were listed somewhat randomly.
- Some are there because they're popular and well-rounded casinos, such as Primedice's buddy, Stake.
- Some I added because they're controversial websites here (here's looking at you, Bitstarz) and I wanted to see if there were people that favored them.
- For the sake of variety, I even included a few less-known Dapps instead of more traditional casinos, and left out a couple that, as you can see (https://casinosblockchain.io/crypto-games-review/), we have even reviewed!

I think in most cases I have seen a gambling site require KYC is when they suspect someone playing on a country that has banned online gambling. In most cases you will see that gambling sites won't ask for KYC right away but if they suspect that your IP might be used in the US that is when they lock your account temporarily because of it. I really don't know why they are doing this but I think this is for compliance purposes only that they are identifying all the players who are bypassing their website with the use of VPN. Other than this one I don't see any other reason where gambling sites ask for KYC except for maybe having a unusual amount being withdraw by a player.

My two-cents about casinos and KYC: for the most part, casinos require KYC to protect themselves. Having players using VPNs to play from countries where online gambling is illegal can cause trouble for them, indeed, as you've suggested, but players with multiple accounts can be a problem as well (for bonus-abuse and anti-money laundering reasons).

If the casino is licensed, their regulator might enforce those rules, and game providers (like NetEnt, Evolution, etc) can be pretty demanding as well.

I think many casinos see these compliance issues as a necessary evil, and a bit of a hassle themselves, because they know it can feel like an invasion of privacy and it can keep good players unhappy.

Of course, not all casinos are well-intended. I especially dislike when the casino is not transparent with their KYC process and players are caught off-guard when it happens. T&Cs should be easy to find and customer support should be very clear and helpful.

If you want to make a shortlist you could work with a certain number of aspects that fall within the framework of each casino. How quickly do they pay out, what are the limits, what payment methods are there.

This is actually a pretty good idea! After the poll is over and if more people are interested, I might pick up on this list and create separate lists/surveys, about the best dice casinos in those different aspects: best dice games, dice casinos with quickest payouts, best dice bonuses, dice casinos with XYZ payments, etc. Thanks!

What I'm currently searching for in this discussion are casinos that are different from others.

I might have a few ideas! I tried adding them there but seems like the topic is locked.

Have you ever tried Unikrn? They're a pretty different gambling site, in which they're more about esports than anything else. They have a few fun betting modes, such as UMode where you can bet on yourself while playing, as if you were an esports pro, sort of. They also have a decent collection of esports markets and betting tips. I'm into Dota2 myself, so I'm pretty fond of their website.

You can pay with BTC there, although gameplay itself is in fiat. They used to have their own coin, but that went awry a while back.

Here's a link, if you'd like to learn more: https://casinosblockchain.io/unikrn-review/

As for casino games themselves, I'm a fan of Evolution Gaming live game shows, which have their own, interactive hosts. They can be pretty engaging:
- Deal Or No Deal Live, the live-casino version of the TV show with the same name, where you can decide if you want to take the deal or keep playing.
- Monopoly Live, which is a (better) version of monopoly.
- Dream Catcher, a 'wheel-of-fortune' kind of game.

OP, you forgot to include Bitvest in the list.  Tongue I know, there are still other sites to be included, but what is your criteria to be included in the poll? In this forum alone, we have long list of casinos offering dice  game.
Yes. He forgot one of the oldest dice site and it's also reputable. Not because we're on the same campaign but recognizing its tenure in the crypto gambling community is appreciated. He hasn't included other good dice sites like Roobet, bustadice, wolf.bet.
Although it's just a poll but having a lot of choices will make the best stand out.

There are a lot of casinos. If you want to make a shortlist you could work with a certain number of aspects that fall within the framework of each casino. How quickly do they pay out, what are the limits, what payment methods are there. These are all points that are important for each user and to which value is attached individually.

These days, we are lucky that we have a lot of options to choose from where you want to gamble with.
And it depends on your priorities what you are looking for in a dice site.
Since they are almost similar in offerings, you can look for their reputation, withdrawal, bonuses/rewards, provably fairness.
However, it is no surprise that primedice is leading at the moment, it is one of crypto sites that I had also played in my early crypto days.

If we talk about reputation and establish site well I will vote for primedice, but also I like fortunejack recently due to their performance recently.

But I wonder on why OP didn't list crypto-games since this is also one of the best reputable site which is also deserve to get listed here.

This gonna be a long thread, @OP. Each people has their won choice, it could be 100 people choose 100 different dice sites . Since this is very subjective (people usually choose their best site either because they have winning a lot, still promoting them, it was first site for them, or many other reason)

The guidelines have already been provided by OP, --he edited it for a better understanding of people in this forum how they will review and measure the site to know which one is the best. I would still vote for Primedice because they are trustworthy however, I have tried playing in other dice sites before when I am still new in dice games and I found it not bad at all but when a colleague of mine introduced Primedice to me and after doing some research on the background I find it trustworthy and since my colleague is into Primedice then I go with it until I didn't get back playing in Primedice when I joined in Roobet and after created an account.

Could you please include this Roobet in your list?

You missed Crypto.games into your list.  Wink

No speed limit every Mondays with lowest house edge currently in the market plus having some decent Jackpots and promotions
which you can also play with other altcoins as well.

My goal here is exactly to read through these subjective opinions, trying to find a common ground, then combining them with my own experience and my colleague's in order to create the most objective opinion possible.

Ah, I see. In that case, your topic makes more sense. Smiley
Personally, I haven't played at a lot of different casinos, and my focus in choosing has always been reputation and confidence.
What I'm currently searching for in this discussion are casinos that are different from others, that is, casinos that offer unique and original games that are different from those generic dice, slots, plinko and the like. Feel free to get involved if you know of any.

I really like FortuneJack and Stake, I was in doubt in my vote but I voting in the first.
Both have a very wide variety of games, seem (and I think they are) honest, are licensed and have very good participation with the community here on the forum.

There are others on the list that I think is very good too, but as I don't play in them, so I can't give an opinion.

I don't see wolf.bet, one of the best sites for dices! With just 3 games (and that's from recently), they focused more on those 3 games than on adding more, and that have results I believe! Very cool interface and animations, and awesome expert settings for auto and flash bets (25k rolls in less than a minute)! Playing dices on other sites is not the safe after you try wolf, at least for me! It's the place where I gamble most of the time in the past months, and when it comes to playing dices wolf is on the top of my list definitely!

Everyone has their own preferences as to what the best casino is. I don't think there is a special best casino. Every casino has its pros and cons.
It just depends on what you emphasize and what important is to you.

How do you exactly define "the best dice casino"? Is it reputation, good customer support, user interface, promotions, speed, or something else? The only thing you're going to get here is subjective and biased opinions, since I doubt that many members have the experience of playing at all the sites you mentioned above.

That's actually a very valid remark. I will edit the top of the post with a clarification of what we often look at when reviewing a casino. Good tip, thanks!

I definitely don't expect people to have played at all casinos I mentioned (and I'm even predicting some people prefer casinos I haven't listed), but I don't think they need to for their opinion to be relevant.

Also, I partly want to know what other dice casinos are there that I might be overlooking, and I think other users of this forum might be interested in that as well.

I understand that experiences are subjective and biased by the user experience, but so are all casino reviews. I think sharing those experiences is important in filtering out the good from the bad actors. Shady/scammy casinos won't be outed otherwise.

My goal here is exactly to read through these subjective opinions, trying to find a common ground, then combining them with my own experience and my colleague's in order to create the most objective opinion possible.

Some things are facts, however. A casino may or may not have a license, for instance, or a welcome bonus. Or they may or may not accept fiat payments alongside BTC and other cryptos. Those things we can confidently rate and assess.

My favorite is also primedice.com since it has been the first "dice site" and has provided very funny promotion during the past.
I have played several years ago also satoshi bones, that now has been taken by bitzillions.com (I am not playing anymore I don't know if it can be counted).
I make some bet also with freebitcoin dice site ... the only site dice related that I am using nowadays.

Yeah, definitely agree that because it was such a trail-blazer, Primedice has a huge lead over many other, newer, sites. It's a bit of a historic place, for sure.

Satoshi dice II looks pretty cool. Very spooky vibe.

Freebitco.in has dice too but the house edge is very high. Still, since they have been around for years that means they are trusted. If you value trust more than the house edge you may try your luck there.

Otherwise, primedice it is.
