IMO I shouldn't be on the list at all, over half my posts are directs. Forum search seems to be limited so it doesn't show them all, but you can see on the forum stats page (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=stats) I show up as #1 topic starter with almost 3700 topics. Real topics I've started is probably closer to 20-30.

That's not even counting that I used to delete my redirects regularly, and I only leave redirects less than half the time these days. I wonder how many topics I've moved total.

I deleted all old redirection topics. (You've moved 7476 topics in total.)

Excellent, thanks. Just didn't sit right with me since it's not really true.

Aw I am not in top post lists Sad

No worries, you have a place in the list of worst trust feedback, just after BFL and Inaba.
I've lost some money to inputs.io myself. Didn't bother leaving feedback.
One of these days I'll compile a top-100 list so everyone can get in the picture.

Is that what caused some of the subforums to dissapear briefly? Bitcoin Discussion went for a while and I noticed Goods also.

Edit: seen your other post.

Easy math.

Bitcoin = 1 coin = has 50 subforums
Altcoins = 1000 coins = for only 2 major subforums (and 2 not much used)

-> most posts in the two major altcoin subs

Haha. Better get deleting all those redirects then  Grin. Though I imagine that'd be a pretty exhausting / time-consuming task and not really worth the hassle. Depends how much you really don't want to have the title of user with most threads created  Cheesy.

I'm on the list.  Cheesy

Hopefully I will remain there. We will see.

I wouldn't be too proud. To be on the list you need to have no real life and be willing to troll every thread you click on. By troll I mean answer in some way whether you have something useful to add or not. Not really a great accomplishment unless you are a confessed troll and like it. Never mind - you actually fit because you like trolling, carry on.  Grin

I've accomplished much more than just laughs on this forum. Although entertainment is fun when it is as the expense of a scammer or troll.

Well having a wife and kids and a home to tend to isn't exactly as you might view of "having a life". lol  Cheesy But your assumptions are amusing me right now. So carry on!

A list of 20 users with over 182,462 post and i know that 1 of these 20 users PG were banned for "Spam" how many others were banned for the same offense?  I'm almost 100% positive with over 182k posts not all were of valued content or added to the discussion. I'm guessing at least 10-20% of these posts were "Spam" related in nature.

P.S. 20 people have a WHOLE lot of nothing else to do beside post.

PG was banned for excessive posting (I think) It's kind of hard to understand what motivates guys like him to post that much. He doesn't get paid to post, nor he promotes a cause or a profitable enterprise. It's easier to get why some of those top posters are signature campaign participants. They have a decent earning from that and you could even say that posting is sorta like a part-time job for some.

i think he was banned for excessive use of a racial epithet. he kept saying "not all black people are (you know what), but my neices boyfriend is a (you know what).

people have also accused him of talking down a company, getting paid for his silence, and then going silent.
I disagree, Surprisingly he was never banned for that Racist thread. He was banned for some Ramblings on the AMT thread. I will NEVER achieve 20K posts although, i'm almost 1/10th the way there now.
I Mentioned the fact PG should add a sig campaign and Donate the money to a good cause. He flat out said No.
The number of 182k posts for a handful of people still boggles the mind.

i wasn't around when he was banned, so i don't know for sure. 182k posts between 20 different people isn't that incomprehensible.. post inequality is real!

PG promotes bitcoin100 and Sean's Outpost (both are charitable organizations) and puts their links in his sig and a few of his posts, but I don't think that is related to his "excessive posting". Smiley

These are all times numbers, of course.
20K posts in a month would mean a post every 2 minutes for 30 days in a row.

Not even PG could do that. Smiley

are these numbers all times or just last month?

anyway, 20k posts by month or by year is really really impressive(not in the good sense)
