Trader cal charged back$75 PayPal
I have reason to believe that this one scammed me for $90 BTC earlier. The way he typed and the phrases he used lead me to believe this. He also mentioned details specific to our trade. I have already refunded this user partly, but I am still looking into whether or not I should refund him the rest, because I am 98% sure he just scammed me and now is trying to milk more from me. He has also regained access to the LBC account that I bought from him for the $75 PayPal.

I am still confused how exactly he was able to buy so much Bitcoin with his PayPal while having zero trade reputation. Can someone who got scammed by him please explain? There is even a sticky explaining why you shouldn't accept PayPal and other similar payment methods.
Greed. They think they are profiting when selling for PayPal with 20 - 30% above spot rates.
He might have paid back but that doesn't change the fact that accounts and funds are still frozen for 180 days.
Hopefully people will learn from this. Doubt they will though :/

Again, this wasn't a scam. Believe it or not, I am too a victim. My funds are being held for 180 days. Almost $500. If it was a scam, I would not have been repaying the people affected by PayPal discontinuing business with me.
