OP set up a circle ring payment system. He bought $500 paypal my cash cards for $275-$325 in BTC and then bought BTC using those funds. When paypal saw his loading pattern they immediately froze his account. Paypal often will reverse payments made from funds of paypal my cash if they suspect something.
When I was loading PPMC they froze my account and put all payments made using that last $500 on hold and reversed them. Even though I said it's their money.

I only know of the stealth account because I too wondered what it was (and I used to use the black market sites for when me and my friends went out clubbing and could have some "extra" fun).
Never had a issue with PayPal either. Most people having account issues are doing something shady or accepting payments from the wrong people.

I never implied that you employ these kinds of accounts. I would imagine that people that do employ these kinds of accounts would likely face money laundering charges as this is what it sounds like a good portion of the use for those accounts would be. I am sure a lot of people have researched what a stealth account is who have not used them, regardless of if they frequent DNM sites for recreational drugs.
