You should have large amount of bitcoin to make day trading worthwhile because the movement is just a few pips and you have to cover charges and everything. Maybe a 5 to 10 BTC would be enough to make a decent daily earnings from trading.
I don't think the high amount of coins is really necessary to have to trade. I know that people wish to earn as much as it is possible, but I would be satisfied with making of 20-30$ daily, it it like my daily costs, I suppose many people will agree, especially people from those countries where the life is actually not so expansive. Bitcoin change it's price so often that such low amount of profit trading can become really sucessful and possible to everyone.
The fact that someone is from a region where life is not so expensive does not mean one can limit oneself. The thing is that it depends on your knowledge and how much you really have to trade with anyway. So in this case, if you have both, then you can make as much as you want and set up a good life for yourself in the long run. $20-$30 is quite small to earn daily though no matter where you are from.
if the case that you have nothing to trade for and you have nothing to start for while you are in trading it is better to work for it why cause there is some way to have that for and you are now able to trade the amount that you wanted for and also you and now trade in a high price with the value wherein you are able to have a big profit too.

Depends on if you want to do trading as a living or as a side-hustle.
If you want to do it for a living you need a higher amount because you need a reliable, regular payout. If it's just a side-project, it could be any amount because you don't need to cash out and can just keep increasing your stash.

What is a decent amount of Bitcoin you should have to make day trading  worth while?
I never tried trading before but most of the people here believed that day trading is a hard time and only the expert in trading can deal with day time and most of non-expert traders are working properly during night. For me, having 0.01 btc is a decent amount to deal with day trading but if you are just planning to start then you should be aware that this kind of process is really risky and you should be strong enough to face the consequences. Reading some articles will help you a lot.

Day trading with bitcoin depends on your risk to reward ratio you are targeting, meanwhile  having 0.1 to 1 btc is sufficiently enough to start trading having in mind that you should trade with 10% of your capital in each trade and target 3 times reward or profit of your traded investment in addition to a sound money management.

This is depend on the your experience in altcoin trading, if you just start it for the better use capital willing to lose because crypto trading is very risky, but if you know already about technical and fundamental analysis also risk management you can start with $1000, by this amount you can turn in to 20 times in less than 1 years.

What is a decent amount of Bitcoin you should have to make day trading  worth while?
It is not really a matter on how much bitcoin to have but it is how much you have to acquire a bitcoin that you can use for trading. I think it is best to start small and later on grow big if you do succeed in trading.

What is a decent amount of Bitcoin you should have to make day trading  worth while?

For me, as I trade I put all my money 50% for Bitcoin and the other 50% will be trading for altcoins, but of course I only use 10% per trading different kinds of coins.
Trading with a 10%, hmph… that depends on how much is it. Maybe trading with $100 will be worth it, while you make a total Investment of $1000. Some people will also trade with $50, but I prefer $100 on a minimum, cause I prefer to win something of a decent amount, I don’t mind losing hundred bucks in a day trade.
I think trading with $ 100 will be better because with such a nominal will usually get good results and also not too big or not too small for the size of a trading for beginner traders.

I am not a fan of day-trading anyway, but you really need some good amount of money to make day trading work. I have heard of people starting small though and making it worth while, so it may depend on everyone, but considering the risk and stress of daytrading, you just have to be extremely careful and know exactly what you are doing.
Day trading is good, but you’ve got learn and master it before you can be able to earn from. I know that the reason most people hate trading is because of the risk involved, nobody wants to lose. But for you to earn something from online, you’ve got offer what you have– either you offer your TIME or you give MONEY.

For me to be able to get good profit everyday from trading with any cryptocurrency, the smallest amount must be 0.1 BTC Smiley). With 0.1 BTC if I could find out a good cryptocurrency to trade maybe in a day I can double my balance very quickly. But it's not smooth like that all the time Smiley)) In trading, sometime you win but sometime you lose, so don't worry when you just lose a little bit Wink

What is a decent amount of Bitcoin you should have to make day trading  worth while?
Very big amount of Bitcoin is the answer. You could not earn anything with just 100k or 200k satoshi for real.
Well if I am to be ask, ill be prefer for half of your savings so that you will not regret if theirs anything happens or trouble, me as a full member I've experienced investing half of my savings I can say that trading is just a matter of how you deal with. If you want to earn bigger than you've invest so better deal with the right person or a rights coin so that time to time you can evaluate if it is the time to trade some of your coin.

For day-trading i think about 0,5 is good enough for you to earn profit.
It is a satisfied profit amount for day trading 💹. One may earn about. 0.5btc for trading is not a bad profit but also positive feedback profit for trading.
It is not a bad idea to invest all your savings in crypto currency market because nowadays it is start day trading with bitcoin as many people earn through this trading. If you are beginner then you concentrate on the learning of the system in which trading is carried out. It is very imperative to know about the ups and down of the market before practically going in to the trading.

I suggest  that one or two bitcoin may be enough to take a huge industry having more than 200$ billion start in the market as you will have to keep yourself update regarding the position of the market.

Regardless of amount you have in your pocket you can still earn a decent amount on trading, it's just a matter of good technique while trading of course proper knowledge about your target market so you can decide and choose the best one that will give you a good return. There are stories about people who has small capital but manage to raised a good amount out of trading.

Exactly. day trading is very profitable I must say, but its not that easy. You need proper knowledge before pulling it off. And sometimes it will not go your way. You need to study the coins that you want to day trade, read graphs and look for indication that it will be "pump".

As for stories that managed to make it big, I think luck and good trading practice, lessons learned from the past are part of the equation to be successful.

Sell specifically into what, who, where?
Do we day trade it for alt coins only?

Where do we go to do this (without KYC hassles preferably)? I want  to day trade too.

Day trading gives out smaller profits and hence it requires a larger amount to get a substantial amount of profit in day trading.
It is also quite risky to day trade since the volatility is high in crypto. You can start day trading from 0.5 to 1 BTC but then be careful in your trades and never sell in a loss.
For a beginner or for anyone at all, I would not even classify day trading as the best option. So many people have lost a lot trying to day trade and except you are willing to go ahead despite the risk, it is a strange way to trade. There are some level of trading you can make huge money from which to me is much more preferable than trying to day trade.

depending on how much you are targeting, the amount depends on you, if the amount of profit may also be great if the profit is with you, and vice versa.
Yes, the amount depends on each individual. Your pocket and your knowledge is what determine. If you want to earn big, you have to trade big, and then you have to be sure you are knowledgeable enough to always pull of good trades so you do not end up regretting it in the long run. Trading requires strategy and for those who do not have one, it is best to just stay away.

There are many people still available in the market who are doing day trading by loosing their day job. Mostly they invested on multiple altcoins and change trade value as price changes in the price index. However if we look at the price changes in the each section. You will find the best income if you properly watching the price changes.
