Yes that's possible more investor have enough fund invested in bitcoin specially they started to invest last 2017 they would really gathered more profit and enough fund for investment in real Investment which is realty. but for now which is not good price value no investor have more potential to do that things for getting a good profit because of the stuck price of bitcoin so even if you sell youi stock its not wort it because of a low value when you sell it.

Real estates today are very profitable because the value of the land is increasing so much yearly but if you want to have a daily income then the answer is cryptocurrency because you can start trading in the market anytime and earn more profit as the time goes by.

looking at the volatility at bitcoin price trading real estate may nt be a viable in exchange of bitcoin because of price growth so i don't prefer economically suitable to buy real estate with bitcoin

Bitcoin prices are very low, if real estate is going up then I think you do not necessarily have to keep bitcoin. Because no one can anticipate the future of bitcoin in the near future how it will be.

I don't thats a good idea right now because the market is not high.
If you want to have a backup investment why don't you try to invest in other altcoin or built your own business.

Apparently, the OP would not be referring to those who majorly are just starting their HODLing path, but those who must have been able to have a huge increase over the years in their investment. Real estate is even just one of the few things you may want to be diversifying as there are so many other areas or sectors one can diversify into as well. As the case may be, investing in other altcoins apparently leaves you in the same spot of holding only cryptocurrencies when you can be investing offline.

but it will depend on how much money he has because he doesn't have to borrow the other money from the third party like a bank. he can sell his coins and collect the profit until it's bigger and enough to buy the real estate so I am sure that he can have two type of investment. I admitted that the real estate will increase from time to time and it is better for us if we can buy and have one or two real estate as our investment.

as far as I know that the bitcoin seller is unpredictable, as most of them are looking to profit from the sale, and the bitcoin user is not just one. so guessing how many people selling bitcoins is hard to guess.

It is not even about selling of the bitcoin alone that is the main question of OP, but those who are actually diversifying offline with some of the things they have gained from bitcoin eventually. I understand the fact that spreading the eggs into different basket is actually a good thing to do, since it is a delicate environment with a lot of uncertainties and you do not want to get caught up having nothing at the end. However, it does not have to be real estate as there could be other areas offline which one can still let revolve around bitcoin anyway.

I still prefer on investing in bitcoins and just focus on earning cryptocurrency because i can always trade my coins for fiat while real estate is not that much profit if you do not have huge capital.

You know that bitcoin has a high risk, why not try to increase other investments that have lower risk? this will be a backup plan for your investment, at least if the bitcoin price goes down, you still have other investments you can rely on, and besides real estate have huge potential to get big profit

If you really have a decent amount of cryptocurrency like bitcoins then the best thing to do is just trade it for real estate and if you are patient enough to wait then you will really earn more profit through investing on real estate compared to bitcoins.

But if using BTC to buy real estate is quite risky, when valuing real estate at that price, but during the time the BTC price will decrease, the holder will suffer a large amount of money, so the risk of capital loss is too high. In my opinion, they should not buy real estate with cash, if they want to move to BTC, then they buy BTC themselves to invest.

I personally do that too, doing Bitcoin trade to get profit and later profit from Bitcoin Trading Results I buy Real Estate like land and Gold. because in my opinion, real estate investment is quieter than Bitcoin. Bitcoin is indeed able to give big profits, but the risk is also very high, we can lose all our assets if suddenly bitcoin prices plummeted.
