Everybody should think like that, doesn't matter how much we love crypto, it is simple not a good idea to put ALL IN to any type of investment, and real estate is a good choice, to own something else, and stable.
It is not that simple, there are many investors which have put every single dollar and minute of spare time on something and they become successful, in my opinion the market of cryptocurrencies is the perfect market to try your luck by specializing in a very specific topic, the knowledge you gain about cryptocurrencies will not allow you to use that knowledge in most markets but in this market the ability to distinguish a scam ico from one that can skyrocket is one we all wish we had.

it is better to withdraw some profits from btc and go for a better life!
I think it is good strategy like as practical. Real state can be a good preparation for the future. Preparing for much better plan. I would like to suggest that do it if bitcoin is in the high value to have your good profit. It is good to see your labor is not in vain.

I think that bitcoin trading is easier than real estate, you can see that the real estate market is constantly fluctuating, although the capital is very high but the liquidity is very low, profit and risk. ro as well, so I think that at this point you can speculate on bitcoin can be very profitable and very high liquidity, you do not suffer from long time capital.

I actually don’t have any other thing that I’m investing on😂😂 I’m only investing on Bitcoin and I also have a job doing. Bitcoin is just like my second job and I do it when I get home after my day job. But you still have a good idea, one is supposed to spread things out and not rely on one form of investment only, although I have never been involved in any other kind of investment apart from cryptocurrency. I might have to look into real estate to see how it works.
I think when you can earn a big profit in crypto, then you can be able to buy real estate in the future so you can have another investment that will give you other profit. buying real estate is a good choice for everybody because we know that in every month, the price will be increased and if we can manage or keep it for a long time, then you will make a big money too from real estate. so you still need to keep your work in crypto and in your job so you can earn more money to buy real estate.

) But it is good to diversify, not just within crypto, but among all your investments.
One of the great things about real estate is that generates a positive cash flow something that bitcoin does not, however bitcoin can gain value a lot faster than the market of real estate so if you are really panning to exchange your bitcoin for real estate I think it is better that you wait for the next bull market, this means that you will probably need to wait for a few years but the wait will be worth since you will get more properties if you wait. ) But it is good to diversify, not just within crypto, but among all your investments.I'll sell the bitcoin I have just for something as important as buying a house and I think investing in real estate will also give you a profit but have a longer time, but it's a good investment too
If only i have that much money, i would also like to invest in real estate properties. Yes it will take much longer, but once it will be matured enough, and you decided to sell that specific investment, it will bring you lots of profits, but nah i also need to invest in real estate for my own benefit and usage not for business.

Well in wind Mind in doing that kind of business, because real estate pays too. For now, no because I have not made up to that amount in Bitcoin and the price for real estate, especially the good ones are high in price.
I would love too, but I dont know will I ever earn that bit\g amount of money, that is needed to buy appartment here from crypto.
Property is one of the most safest investments and it only make sense to invest your crypto into it if you have alot of crypto currency however it has been seen that you can get a better deal when buying property with crypto currency.
If you have many bitcoins collected in your wallet then , you can use them if you like to invest in real estate, if the management of the real estate would accept trading with your bitcoin and their real estate then it is good ,

I sell some of my bitcoin to buy some lot I think it was another way of investment because when the years past the value of the lot are became higher so it will have a double profit while having an investment on the bitcoin at the same time I have an investment of a lot. 
Im sure many of us here are doing the same by converting their bitcoins into fiat then buying a real estate which is a good choice of a backup investment in the future real estate is one of the most profitable in terms of investment because its value are continuously rising and never been falling over the years.
I actualy saw the exact opposite too, borrowing money from bank, with a real estate coverage, to buy Bitcoin. Risky idea, would not dare to do it personaly
