So which among these btc accepting brokers have low fees and low deposit minimum?

fees depend on the pair. the mentioned have a spread of 1 pip on EUR/USD.

Do you mean their huge spread BTC-Fiat? to trade Forex with BTCs you should use a BTC dominated account

i've been using this broker for more than a month, i deposited and i withdrew without any problems
you can trade using MT4 which is awesome, you just have to verify your ID they dont need address verify that what it makes it easy

Forex trading is a good way to get some extra cash, that is if you know what you are doing. I managed to get my welcome bonus of 25 dollar to 150 dollar in 4 days, then 1 week later it was all gone (margin call)
haha.
generaly people who make huge returns fast, lose it all some time afterwards. At the end all markets behave similar. It's just that with Forex you can oversize your positions so easily because of the huge leverages. Gotta have a wise strategy. And risk managment, position sizing, stops are so important.
NEVER ever hold a losing position because you HOPE it comes back into your direction.

I think it should be noted, SimpleFX should be given some big warning. Their swap rates are astronomical, this should definitely be a factor when rating a broker.
as I responded some posts above, including info like this will inflate the list too much, as others will than ask for further and further info to be included.
it is better for the trader anyways to see (look up) the info he needs on the broker's page directly.
If their swaprates are really higher than standard I would suggest adressing this in thier [ANN] topic here in the forum.
