All updated and inactivity penalties applied.
It's more easy if in the future the LAST 3 DAYS of the month are used for activity check, so starting this month, we will use that system.
So it's a simple rule: we just check at the end of the month if everyone posted. On the first of every month the inactivity penalties will be applied.
Therefore people who posted in the first 3 days got away with one post for 2 months of activity check

indeed, I think the once a month thing is a good balance between 'convenience for the player' and 'workload for the moderators'

Btw dnaleor, I think the inactivity penalties are a bit much. A couple people are so low they might be best removed. Or possibly undo some of the penalties so there aren't a group of penalized players at the bottom?
they ill be removed eventually.
Penalties are as follows:
first time: 1%
second time: 2%
third time: 4%
fourth time: 8%
fifth time: 16%
sixth time: 32%
seventh time: 64%
eighth time: removal
reason behind this: people drop slowly in the ranking this way, so the median is not heavily affected.
If we just give everyone 7 chances to 'miss' the activity check (without penalties) and then remove them, the median is affected more.
