I will continue to hold. I think that this 'experiment' has taught me that I cannot even begin to predict what a market may do. I think that I've lost ~45% of my value. If I would have just held, I would have *only* been down ~33%.

Probably this rule should be put in the scoreboard.well, actually we already had a rule:

§10 FAIRPLAY: There are no prizes, this game is just for fun. Don't edit or delete messages, don't alter the actual exchange rates or "make a mistake" when calculating your current balance. When others notice intentional miscalculations, you will be deleted from the scoreboard and excluded from the game.
Let's just see this 10% penalty as a 'one time favor'. This can be applied to others in the future, but only inder certain conditions:
*player is with us for a long time
*player admits he was cheating
*no trolling behaviour in the past
*our current mood
by default people will be excluded. Only a few will get the 'one time 10% penalty'

Sheet has been updated again. I also gave fonzie a 10% penalty and then executed his sell at 227.72 above. I think we should give him another chance since he's being honest and feels guilty about it. If anyone objects please speak up, otherwise welcome back fonzie and happy trading.
Personally i don't like it, we need serious penalty for players who cheat, a cheater cannot be back in the game in 1 day with a 10% penalty, it's almost nothing and internet is full of trolls, and anyway how can we know that he cheats only one time, he admitted it because it was clear, that's not guilty. I've got nothing against fonzie but if we leave one, others will follow I also gave fonzie a 10% penalty and then executed his sell at 227.72 above. Personally I think some penalty should be given here, but not too harsh as I think it's better to keep as many people as possible in the game. It's just for fun after all. I would suggest a 10% penalty which is equivalent to one or two bad trades. Any future transgressions however should be met with immediate removal.
I was thinking 10% too, and this is a 'final warning'.
