Be sure that using this or other service similiar will lead you to get your adsense banned,and may as well lead you into a ban into the others companies you using to get an income,usually they wanna real visits and nothing that you pay,as you need to surf or pay to people visitis your website.
If you only took 5 seconds of your time reading my post just two posts up, you wouldnt be spamming useless comments here.
Like i said ; using combo of TE+adsense is not recommended, but for bumping up your traffic and exposure to your referral links, it works like a charm.

I'm unfamiliar with traffic exchanges - users sign up and get incentives to follow the links provided? So the traffic is all "organic"? Is it targeted or do the hits come from just any John, Jane or Joe in x location?
TE concept is pretty easy to understand - people exchange links with each other in the way of viewing each others websites, so yes - the traffic is organic.
You get credits for viewing other people's websites that u later use to promote your own site. All views are 24 hour unique, so noone will see your website multiple times within a day, only once.
Geotargeting is being done by IP location, and when turned on, it requires double the amount of credits.

Google's adsense usage in combination with traffic froming from any traffic exchange, no matter how legit it is - stands on your personal risk, as google doesn't like the combination of the two.
I heard that people with adsence are using one page of their site for traffic from TE's as landpage, and have adsense ad places on other pages of their site, however , i can not guarantee it's safe.
For all those, that want to promote their referral links, improve rank of the site, and similar - this is one of the best and cheapest ways to get traffic. So be sure not to miss out.

How well can you target a specific area when you are doing this. I am looking to advertise a local trade show i run and I am looking for more people. in order to do this though, I need to targett specific areas. Please let me know how detailed you can get for me.
As i said in OP, the traffic can be GEO targeted to - Wordwide, Africa,Asia,Europe,Oceania,North America or South America
Targeting is done by the site itself based on the IP address origin. All IP's are unique, meaning that the same person/hit will not be counted twice.

As some here explained, all traffic comes from easyhits4u.com, and as it is an TE site, using it in combo with adsense is not recommended.
It's perfect if you want to boost your ranking tho, or bring some new users on the site.

I think traffic comes from easyhits4u but traffic trackers and google console or analytic show them direct traffic..

very nice and unique service you are offering here. I know easyhits4u. I used it to increase my blog traffic before. but selling views of easyhits is looks great idea. you can earn some money with that. I think easyhits also give some money for exchanging traffic.
