maybe you should pay a minimum of 0.0001btc transaction fees for every transaction.well i belive its not a fair deal if you can not even spend some cents for the transaction and if you got any unconfirmed transaction more than 30hour then try to re broadcast it because sometimes nodes forget to check your transacrion if it had low fees

Okay, I'm understood about that, good explanation. and so it's possible for the amount is stuck on the half of road? or there never was the amount is stuck in the half or their transaction. like example is we are using an escrow before sending the amount we need to sending to escrow and the amount is stuck escrow for a several time. Maybe if it's correct I can say there is no anything is deter the transaction like the example?
Your question is hard to understand.

A transaction is either confirmed or unconfirmed. If it is unconfirmed, you can choose to forget that it happened, but everyone else may not also choose to forget about it. If it is confirmed, the transaction is permanent.

But if the bitcoin does not return into my wallet and what happened the balanced in my wallet is the comeback to the normal value before I sending the value?
The Bitcoin does not return to your wallet. Your wallet simply forgets that the transaction had happened so it reverts to a state in which the transaction had never happened in the first place. This does not mean that anything was returned nor that any other node on the network also forgot about the transaction.

There is possibility of "cancelling" transaction.. If it was made with very low fee.. let say "0" - AND if you dont open your wallet for 72 hours (3 days) and it was not realised (have zero confirmations) - should come back to the main wallet. (It is not confirmed with all wallets)

The Bitcoin does not "return" to your wallet. Nothing sends it back. What happens is that your wallet forgets about it, but everyone else may not have forgotten about it.

you just wait for a few hours, usually one day unconfirmed  Smiley Smiley

No, that is not canceling the transaction. That just means that your wallet chose to forget about that transaction. That does not mean that the transaction has been forgotten by everyone on the network. At any point in time, someone could rebroadcast that transaction and every node on the network would see it again.

Transaction rejected by our node. Reason: Transaction was previously accepted but has been pruned from our database.

Yesterday i payed just too little fee and tx has low red priority, but it was actually confirmed in a few hours. How did you cancel your tx? What did you do?

Hmf? is it possible for the transaction to be cancelled when it reaches the blockhain? I didn't know, last time my transaction is not yet confirmed but 24 hours had already passed and I can't do anything but to wait because I don't know what to do. How to cancel the transactions ? Can someone tell me please. If so, do it cost something or it is for free ?
No it is not possible to cancel a transaction. All you can do is create a double spend and hope that miners chose to confirm your double spend transaction and not the original. The original is not "canceled". It just remains unconfirmed forever until nodes drop the transaction from their mempools.

There is no such thing as "reaches the blockchain". It doesn't matter what blockchain.info says, they are just a service, not the actual blockchain. When a transaction confirms, it becomes permanent.

Using blockchain app on Mobile.
When I try to send this message appears.

Account balance is 0.01555668

I think the attempt to make the transfer 0.015 blocked my balance.
Right, so blockchain.info is probably confused now by the RBF transaction. You might have to wait a bit for it to sort everything out. You can also try contacting their support and see if they can help you.

It's fine, the transaction has been broadcast, you just need to wait for it to confirm.

It is already confirmed.

Note that transaction 8b4c65960476b11e934441bec3782fbb3b380b9158a6509f57f6919453dd577f sending 0.015 BTC to 3EqpyCLwEaYCpQLjXRkb5chDKGaR31tQ1B is now invalid.  It will never confirm and will be rejected by all bitcoin nodes.

You will need to create a new transaction sending 0.015 BTC to 3EqpyCLwEaYCpQLjXRkb5chDKGaR31tQ1B if you still want that to happen.

Thank you,
I managed to cancel the wallet and the value returned.

When I tried to make a second transaction paying the fees appeared spent double error.

I believe we need to reverse the payment and wait for the transaction out of blockchan

https://blockchain.info/tx/e97f03832a4db1c6f2d604a0a7c2f55016c694c8cffdd4d6d401d1a53dec89ae

Do you think better to wait a few days to try to use the balance?

Thank you for your help.

Grateful
It is not possible to reverse the payment. The transaction is not in the blockchain. Blockchain.info simply says that it is a double spend because it is; an RBF transaction is a double spend. It's fine, the transaction has been broadcast, you just need to wait for it to confirm. What blockchain.info says does not really matter.

Thanks for the answers,

The first transaction was the qt bitcoin wallet for the blockchain.
So you are using Bitcoin Core? If so, follow this guide for removing the transaction and resending it: http://www.achow101.com/2016/07/Bitcoin-Core-Troubleshooting#stuck-tx

I can pay a fee for some mined help me? I believe that confirming the first second will be confirmed as well.

Does anyone have any idea how to solve?

Grateful
Yes, there are a few miners who can do that. IIRC the user macbook-air is a mining pool manager here and you can contact him to see if he can do anything to confirm your transactions.
