The first transaction was the qt bitcoin wallet for the blockchain.
I can pay a fee for some mined help me? I believe that confirming the first second will be confirmed as well.

Are you using coins.ph wallet? Coins.ph seem to have some issue but I don't know if it as anything to do with the late confirmation, whih provably not since blokchain is the one responsible for that. I recenty sent a transaction also an fortunately it took only 7 hours to confirm. I don't know if there is some way to rebroadcast your transaction.
Your fees for the first transaction are too low. You may be able to do an RBF transaction, it depends on your wallet. What wallet do you use?

I transfer 0.00105305 on Friday, and has not yet been confirmed.
I think it was because of the free rates.
It turns out that today I tried to make another transfer 0015 paying fees and not confirmed as well.
What should I do ?

I believe that the second was not confirmed it depends on the credit of the first transfer
