Can I make a deposit from TransCrypt to any exchange or only that one which is shown in user guide?
You can deposit and withdraw funds between TransCrypt and all existing exchanges. Notice you should use the wallet with the same cryptocurrency you are depositing or withdrawing

Hi everyone! Some words on how to deposit and withdraw funds between the exchange and TransCrypt wallet.
Withdraw funds from exchange:
1. Go to Wallets tab at the exchange
2. Choose the cryptocurrency
3. Click on Withdraw button
4. Enter the required amount and TransCrypt wallet address (Warning: use the wallet with the same cryptocurrency you are withdrawing from exchange)
5. Click on Withdraw button
Deposit funds to exchange:
1. Go to Wallets tab at the exchange
2. Choose the cryptocurrency
3. Click on Deposit button
4. Generate address and copy it
5. Go to Wallets tab of TransCrypt application
6. Select the required wallet and tap Send button.
(Warning: use the wallet with the same cryptocurrency you are depositing to exchange)
7. Enter the required amount and address generated by the exchange and tap Send button

You say TransCrypt is integrated to Telegram, but I’m not sure it’s safe, because someone can change the username, you know.
It is safe, because you don’t even need telegram username for using TransCrypt wallet. Only phone number is enough

how do you make your wallet safe? any technologies? i hope it’s not a secret. in my opinion it is important to talk about it both as for users, as for developers. we really need to be sure you can manage our money successfully without any mistakes and hackers attacks.
• we do not store private information in the application,
• we close the server with user data from outside access,
• we encrypt the Mnemonic phrase of users with the AES algorithm using 256-bit keys,
• we duplicate all processes and data,
• we monitor security in general and solve problems beforehand: we update third-party libraries, test the product automatically and manually, use monitoring services.
