You're right on BEP2, but not in BSC. Metamask is supporting other chains including BSC, Avalanche, Fantom, Harmony, Huobi, Polygon, Kucoin, Elatos etc [1] [2] if you've set up the custom RPC.

Since @OP discuss about BSC token, so it shouldn't be a problem.

One more point I forgot to mention, not all chains are supported on Metamask. SOL chain isn't supported yet.

Know that tou can only transfer BSC tokens to BSC, ERC20 to ERC20 and like that, irrespective of the the wallet the receiver is using. The reasn I said so is because metamask only support ERC20 tokens.

1. Yes, or you could import your Trustwallet private key to Metamask... there's no fee charged.
2. Depends with your payment option, you can only buy on-chain coin with fiat, but you can only buy ERC-20 and BSC chain coin with crypto (DEX). No in Metamask you can only buy ERC-20 token, but you can hold other chain tokens.

I have some cryptos in trustwallet. (TW)

I want to transfer it to metamask (MM)

1. is there any fees to transfer from TW to MM
2. on TW i think we can buy only BSC Chain tokens. On MM we can buy any chain tokens, right? like ETH, SOL, BSC, etc...right?
