We are absolutely aware of the extended loading time of our games. So we tried to make them as lightweight as possible. However, in some regions, especially Asia, there might be difficulties with that. We plan to deal with this issue in future by obtaining additional servers.

Nice to see that you have just added a new game which is a dice game. I just tried to check it but it is a slow to load the game, I'm not really sure why. I'm using my mobile to access it, maybe because it is not really mobile friendly it takes longer time to load. I'll check using my PC later.

Our support center responds to everybody within a few minutes trying to resolve each and every issue individually with no preference to your rank at all (no matter if you are VIP or not). Basically, the user above is right. I just can add that your next deposit can be less than 0.1 BTC but in this case you will not get the 100% VIP-bonus on top of it.

Just finished testing out the platform. So before posting my review here let me answer your question.
You cannot activate 2 bonuses at the same time. If you forfeit, all the bonus information will disappear. So it means that your bonus and wager amounts will turn to 0 and you would have to start over again if you activate a new bonus. The rules say that the amount to wager is 35 times for the 150% bonus. As I've found out it means that you would have to wager an amonut that equals bonus_balance*35.

Your games are awesome guys, the transparency is a reliable thing when it comes to blockchain. Chain's Code is the best thing for me. I put some amount on my balance, turned on autobet and enjoyed the "spinning" numbers drinking my favourite wine and smoking a cigar hehe!
Simple and quick, that's what people need. I've found some issues though, maybe it's because of my browser. Will check it out later.
The Dice is good but a bit slow to me. Anyway, keep going and make some new stuff.

I have played at every site that offers gaming for cryptocurrency players, and I give TrueFlip two thumbs up.
