It is pretty crazy that Trump urged people to be peaceful, asked the government to send the national guard to keep things orderly, yet he’s being threatened with jail for his actions. Meanwhile the government planted agents in the crowd to start a riot and Democrat politicians denied additional forces to keep the peace, yet it is Trump that the country is being told did bad. We are living in bizarro world.

Well he didn't urge people to be peaceful until after they failed at overthrowing the government.  Also the government didn't plant agents in the crowd to start a riot.  Dummy.

Even though I don't think there were planted agents in the crow in order to incite a riot back in January 6th, I personally cannot blame anyone who believes so, planting undercover agents in far left and far right groups is nothing in comparison to what the FBI and CIA has done in the past, both within the USA and in other countries around the world.

However, there is something I cannot get yet. If during Jan 6th there were undercover agents set to incite chaos, by the government; but was not Trump the biggest representative of the US goverment during and after that day? In theory he had access to the chief of both FBI and CIA, so if he wanted, he could have known whether there was some undercover operation going on. He held the presidential power for days after the capitol riot day.  Huh

Or he could not ask to have access to documents making reference to such operations? Does not the president have the highest security clearance?

A lot of people have known this. But the percentage of all the people that they made up was very small. But because of Carlson and Sund, the percentage is growing rapidly.

It Was Pelosi: Former Capitol Police Chief Reveals 'Set Up' Behind January 6

https://www.zerohedge.com/political/it-was-pelosi-former-capitol-police-chief-reveals-set-behind-january-6
Carlson and Sund had notably recorded an entire interview on Fox News, which never aired.

Perhaps most damning is Sund's claim that then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) refused to authorize the deployment of the National Guard at the Capitol despite Sund's pleas, and that federal agencies withheld information and warning signs of potential dangers prior to the riot.

"It doesn't seem like people really want to get to the bottom of it," said Sund, adding "It really doesn't. And it just gets worse. It gets worse from there."

Sund got approval to bring in the National Guard at 2:09 p.m. Before his approval, he alleged that he begged several generals, including General Michael Flynn, to bring the National Guard. The officials told Sund they did "not like the optics of the National Guard" as he allegedly begged for their assistance to intervene in the violence. -Daily Caller

"This sounds like a set up to me," Carlson said, adding "I'm sorry, it does."

See the contradictions on Jan. 6 through Tucker's interview with former Capitol Police Chief, Steven Sund.

Ray Epps, famous for telling people to charge into the Capitol building is claiming that he was notified by the DoJ he'll be charged: https://www.cnbc.com/2023/07/12/fox-news-sued-by-trump-supporter-ray-epps-over-jan-6-claims.html

He's suing Fox News for suggesting that he was a federal agent. The lawsuit is nonsense, they never suggested he was a federal agent, only that it was suspect a man telling people to storm the capitol was immune from persecution by the DoJ. If it's true that Epps is being charged now, why would the DoJ wait so long?

Congrats Tucker Carlson on pressuring the DoJ to charge Ray Epps  Grin

The question is, why has this not come out sooner? It has. It has been crushed by most of the media. But it came out in the past because the media is too mixed up about how to follow the dictates of the Dems and the Elite... who are trying to keep Trump out of office.

When Trump wins, we don't simply want them to be removed from office. We want those Dems and Elite to be given prison sentences, and major fines.

Narrative Collapse: Tucker Carlson Says Capitol Police Chief Admitted 'Jan6 Crowd Was Filled With Feds'

https://dailynewsfromaolf.substack.com/p/narrative-collapse-tucker-carlson
He began by explaining why he chose to launch his show on Twitter:

"I'm not working for Elon Musk… what he's done is offered me is what he's offered every other user at Twitter which is a chance to broadcast your views without a gatekeeper"

The whole interview is fascinating, but one section in particular is key, when discussed the events of January 6th.

As a reminder, House Speaker Kevin McCarthy had released 40,000 hours of video footage from the riot - which Carlson had begun airing on Fox News - much of which suggested a different narrative than the craven mob of killers the Democrats (and the media) have maintained was unleashed on the Capitol by Trump's words and actions.

Referring to Tucker Carlson's edited videos is just nonsensical.

If there are footage of people not committing crimes, that isn't a proof of people being innocent. Serial killers can have footage of them being calm and not committing crimes because no one commits crimes 24/7. That footage doesn't cancel any crimes and it would be laughed out from any court if someone tried to use it as some sort of weird "evidence".

Not to mention that Tucker Carlson is a proven liar.

You have hit on exactly the right point!

The trouble is that you are pointing at Tucker, but not the Jan6 committee.

Two points:
1. If the Jan6 rioters were so bad, why are Congress and the media not showing any real harm that they did?... certainly not enough to warrant more than 2 years behind bars without a trial;
2. Why did the Jan6 Committee pick and choose the video that they were going to show people. All that Tucker is doing is revealing more of the video.

Regarding your statement that Tucker is a liar:
1. Everybody tells lies at time, even Tucker now and again;
2. Why are the Jan6 Committee members lying?
3. Why do government people take an oath to the Constitution, yet fail to uphold one of the basic Constitutional rights that people have... innocent until proven guilty in court?
4. Why does the judiciary not uphold the fundamental rules for the judiciary in their Rules of Court - http://voidjudgments.com/?

You are missing a whole lot about the way our government is run, compared with how it is supposed to be run.

I would like to have a link to said footage. As of now we have several killed, obvious images of people carrying weapons and means of destruction, layers stating they do not know how to be lawyers and someone who could have called it out and did not. A link to a media showing 5 or 6 pictures of Trump in an article, but not the core information or a link to it makes little sense to this one.

Of the 5 police officers that the Jan6 Committee and others say were killed in the riots, none were killed that day. It's a lie that they were.

Tucker has shown that all of them died 2 or more days after the riots... and none of them directly from injuries in the riots. Four of them were suicides (two many days after the riots), and the fifth is an unknown, outside of the fact that it was not from riot injuries.

For videos that Tucker aired about this, start with https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=tucker+carlson+january+6+hearing.

And what about the protestors who have already been tried in court and been found guilty of all kind of charges, like trespassing, destruction/theft of federal property or those few who were actually found guilty of sedition against the government of the United States?

Should the American Justice just to say: "Okey, sorry". And let them to walk out free, ignoring the legal procedure that took place?

Those who committed federal crimes on that day are just better off waiting for the possibility of Trump coming back and singing a pardon for them instead, sounds more appropriate.

"Qanon Shaman" got 4 years in prison for this.

Capitol police say the footage was turned over to his attorneys during the discovery process of the person's trial but his attorneys say they didn't review this footage. I'm sure his defense team didn't have time to review the thousands of hours of footage from hundreds of security cameras in order to exonerate their client so this guy is out of luck.

If his attorneys did not have access to the footage, then he would have grounds for an appeal from my understanding. Do we really expect the appellate courts to bother touching this hot mess?

I am not a lawyer and I have a limited understanding of the law of USA. However, if the released footage is relevant to prove that the defendant is actually innocent of some of the charges he was tried for, then an appeal is reasonable.

For example, someone during Jan 6th could be charged by battering or violent assault, however if the new tapes actually reveal that specific person to behave in a peaceful manner while inside the capitol, then ok.

nonetheless, other charges (like trespassing federal property) won't get dropped. An immediate release it is not likely.

The footage was pretty damning to the narrative that this was a worse attack on America than September 11th. Yes, some idiot liberals were actually trying to push that…

What I still can’t believe is that they’re complaining about the footage seeing the light of day instead of being happy that the truth is getting out there. A government that fears truth is a dangerous thing and the liberal agenda for the last 3 years has been to censor the truth. Not cool.

A detainee is someone who is detained which doesn't necessarily mean arrested.

The constitution and law says there should be a speedy trial... innocent until found guilty.

Detainees haven't been found guilty in a court of law, even though you and I might say/believe/think/know they are guilty of something.

Among the detainees are people that you and I would say are innocent.

How does one determine if someone is guilty or innocent? By adjudication in a trial, which is supposed to be speedy; not their fault government wants to let itself be bogged down so they don't hire some more judges.

Since there is no speedy trial like government is required, the guilty ones are government people. If they aren't guilty because they haven't gone to trial for it, at least they are guilty in our eyes. Guilty of what? Guilty of harming legally innocent people by keeping them in jail for well over two years... without trial.

If you look at loads of commentaries on a speedy trial, they will tell you that most of the guilty will get away because their guilt can't be or isn't proven. When you look at court law, you will find that as many as 90% of court case that judge people guilty have been done wrong - http://www.voidjudgments.net/ - and are void judgments.

Law enforcement has detainees pictures, their finger prints, their ID info. Let them go free, and pick them up later, when they can be tried speedily, to see if they really ARE guilty. Otherwise you are imprisoning a bunch of innocent, at least legally innocent, people.

So, there wasn't as much truth to the popular media expression of Jan.6 as we all thought. Release those people being held. Innocent until proven guilty.

Donald Trump Demands All Jan 6 Detainees Be Released From Prison After Tucker Carlson Airs Never-Before-Seen Footage Of Capitol Riots: ‘LET THEM GO FREE, NOW!’

https://radaronline.com/p/donald-trump-january-6-detainees-released-tucker-carlson-footage-capitol-riots/
Former President Donald Trump called for the immediate release of all detained January 6 rioters this week after Tucker Carlson aired never-before-seen surveillance footage of the Capitol insurrection, RadarOnline.com has learned.

In a sudden development to come shortly after Carlson aired the footage on Fox News on Monday night, Trump took to his social media platform Truth Social to demand the release of all those arrested during the Capitol riots on January 6, 2021.

The former president also congratulated the 53-year-old Tucker Carlson Tonight host for what Trump called "one of the biggest scoops" in United States history.

"Congratulations to Tucker Carlson on one of the biggest 'scoops' as a reporter in U.S. history," Trump wrote. "The New Surveillance Footage of the January 6th Events sheds an entirely different light on what actually happened."

"The Unselect Committee was a giant SCAM, and has now unequivocally been stamped as CRIMINAL FABRICATORS OF THIS MOST IMPORTANT DAY," he continued. "Pelosi & McConnell failed on security. The Police story is sad and difficult to watch."

"'Trump' and most others are totally innocent, LET THEM GO FREE, NOW!"

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Carlson aired never-before-seen security footage from the day of the Capitol riots after being provided nearly 40,000 hours of footage from House Speaker Kevin McCarthy.

According to the security footage aired by Carlson on Monday night, Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick – who was reported "slain" on January 6 after allegedly being beaten to death with a fire extinguisher – was seen walking uninjured through the Capitol building after he was supposedly murdered by the mob outside.
